Go elsewhere!! These people aren't high quality. They sent me this email:…read more I am sorry for your experience. However, if you would kindly refer to your email confirmation, it states our late arrival policy: Please arrive as early as 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class to check in. We will not be able to delay the start of class for late arrivals. Any missed visits will go against your current class package. The instructor, myself, and several other students were there. I personally waited 5-10 minutes after the class started to wait for you as Sheila had a responsibility to begin class on time for the other attendees. After waiting, I then locked the doors to join class as I had intended to participate as a student. The doors must be locked for the safety and security of the clients, instructors, and the building. A grace cancellation credit has been added to your account as a one-time courtesy. All class packages are non-refundable, except in the case of illness or injury with documentation from your doctor. I have our program manager, Ashley Thursby, attached to this email should you have any additional concerns. Sending all our best, Tara Gardner Perry ************* Needlessly snarky. All I'd said was that I showed up and no one was there.

My daughter also had her birthday party party here and loved it. They teach all ages in the building and it is super fun to see the students practicing. My best friend surprised me with an invite to see Dracula with the Louisville Ballet. In my 50…read moreyears I'd never seen a ballet! Right away the experience felt different from other theater performances - a smaller venue at The Brown Theatre, guests with elevated attire, robust programs, different performers for the matinee versus evening show. Louisville has a longstanding ballet group. Recently a new artistic director has joined the team - a Kentucky native. His time on the stage plus the program details were a nice intro. Thankfully I knew the story of Dracula, but wished I'd have read the program prior to the production. It provided summaries of each scene. Comparing what I'd watched plus the dancing was a beautiful match. Follow their social media to learn about upcoming shows and see practice sessions. Yearly subscriptions are also available for its biggest fans. Great experience to enjoy or gift to give. Parking available in downtown garages or meters. The Louisville Ballet performs at the Brown Theatre, which is intimate (and more cramped) compared to other spaces.

We were so blessed to be able to catch the sold out choreographer's showcase here! I am a huge fan…read moreof The Nutcracker but I've been wanting to expand my horizons and add more beauty into my life. I signed up for the Louisville Ballet newsletter, and when I saw the choreographer's showcase coming up I thought this would be an awesome event where the choreographers and dancers wouldn't be limited to predetermined elements in their performances. The event exceeded my expectations! Everything, from the dancers, to the music, to the lighting, to the costumes, was so thoughtful. We really loved seeing what these artists could do when unbound. I hope to attend many more performances and continue to support the arts, really what makes life worth it. Highly recommend!

I started coming here about 2 years ago, when I used to bring my niece. Now, she's in school, so…read moreI've started bringing my son (17 months). We have only come for the open play and open gym. We've never taken any classes or anything, so I can't speak to that, but they have both seemed to enjoy the open gym and toddler play time. The facility is clean and they seem fairly well entertained for the price. I like that it goes from 10-2 (with the open gym part being open 12-1), as it gives us a bigger window of time to play! There are numerous trampolines, slides, foam pits, and bounce houses in the open gym part. My friend's kids really like doing the trapeze! I do wish that parents were allowed on some of the equipment with the kids, and I wish that there was just a little bit more for younger toddlers to do...but, all in all I recommend this place for running down a toddlers batteries!

This review is solely based on the schools out camps over holiday break…read more I signed my child up for camp and we were very excited about the program so I even shared with two other parents - who in turn signed each signed their children up. One child was 6, while mine was 5, but I called ahead and spoke with a kind lady who just returned from maternity leave, she confirmed the 6 yr old could join my kids 5 yr old class. Here's why it was so important that the 6 yr old join the 5 yr old class, this child medically can not get in any public pools, and the 4 and 5 yr olds do not have pool time so this worked out wonderfully. At the first day of camp, we again reminded them about the situation. Howecer, they didn't listen and had the child in the 6 yr old class, the child was terribly upset when the entire class got to swim. This all could have been avoided if they listen to our communication. My child did have a good time running around all day, but the point is that the breakdown of communication is scary and untrustworthy when dealing with a medical child.
