The workout was a HIIT version alternating between light/medium weights and cardio. 45 sec on, 15 sec recovery. I felt the right amount of sore afterwards to know I worked hard. I was able to do most activities or at least adjust to one's I could do. The instructor was energetic and motivating. Music was pumping up the class. We even had a well behaved puppy participant. It was packed, fast paced, and I should have arrived earlier than ten minutes beforehand (ok, eight minutes beforehand). Flow class this morning was a great choice to stretch out my sore muscles from yesterday. Onward to my last trial class this week: cycling!
