OK so let me first say that I have called this company several times to find out information about…read morethe classes they offer. I feel it is important to check service levels not only by using the service, but "interviewing" the potential service provider. Each call resulted in ok service over the phone until this last one. I called CC & Company because I heard that they were one of the best in the area. I think the key here is "in the area". Does not mean best of the best. The classes are not actual dance classes for the little kids. Creative Movement is not something I am interested in. My children can get that at a day care. I want a dance company to provide REAL dance classes. They say that they are not able to teach kids so young. Well I could put well over a thousand youtube links that say that yes younger kids can be taught and be exceptional. Just disappointing that the daytime classes are not available and the variety is truly not there. When I asked the person on the phone for a referral of a studio in Raleigh that taught classes during the day for 4 year olds, she told me that she did not know of any other studios. This company has been open for how long and they don't know of any other companies. Just a tip. Customer service is not just about getting customers to buy from you, but being able to provide them what they need. That is what brings lifetime customers. I say CC & Company needs to really step it up and get with the market of younger children and the talent they have. Get on the same level as Disney, America's got Talent, youtube, and many others who recognize that there is talent before 5.

This is week three for us. So far, so good…read more During registration, staff was very professional. They helped us find the right class for our 12yo (skill level and age-appropriate). Although, the class times we wanted (Saturday or late weekday) were filled up (shocker) the staffer was able to recommend options for us, such as enrolling in the open class and place our name on a wait list (we would have been first) for the Saturday class and that we could do a free trial to see if we like the coach and class time. We ended up enrolling in the 4pm weekday class, which wasn't ideal since my DH and I both work in Durham but the gym has WiFi. So I can work during the 2 hours waiting for my daughter and make up the time leaving work early. No problem. My 12yo likes her class and coach, who is attentive to each child's skill set. Pluses: + Large gym and plenty of apparatus to work on + Staff/coaches are professional and seem to know the kids well. They're there for the kids not for us parents and that's the way it should be. I don't need to be best friends with them. Besides, a lot goes on during the class transitions and there's just no time to be chatting with parents when you're making sure that the right kids are going home with the right parents, and the kids are going to the right coaches for class. + Free trial class + Offer summer camps, track out camps and tumbling clinics + Offer big viewing room on the second floor with picnic tables and benches, and bleachers + WiFi available All in all, I'd recommend giving Gymcarolina a try.

Instructors are fantastic, Master Wright and Master Kim are so great with the kids. I joined in soon after my son because parents get half off the monthly dues. It's a fantastic workout for both of us and I'm so happy to see the confidence increase in my son. He raises his hand to demonstrate movements in front of the class, so cool to see!
