All 3 gifts were well received and and I loved the variety of gift options for a wide range of recipients. After meeting him while using his photobooth at a friend's wedding in 2011 (!!), I longed for a reason to work with Luxe Photobooth! Why? Well, the photos turned out beautifully, and I was able to order any size I wanted years later. Which worked out really well, because that wedding was one of the last times a big group of us were all together before a friend (who was also in attendance) was killed. So, we have those photos to last a lifetime, instead of just on a tiny little strip! I digress - fast forward to 2022. My brother was planning his wedding, and I decided to gift he and his fiance a photobooth. So, I finally got to work with Peter and Luxe! The process was smooth from start to finish, and the photos turned out OUTSTANDING! Need a photobooth in/around KC? Hire Luxe! I only wish I could hire him out in LA - where I've relocated to!

Peter was easy to work with, we worked over email to discuss a price quote and we were offered multiple options. I added an hour to our time limit for the event, and he went out of his way to make the entire evening special. Peter worked with Buffee Ann from Magical Moments to develop a really beautiful logo to use on our photos (he put a tartan kilt in the caption area as we had a Scottish wedding). He was incredibly personable and helped all of our guests take great pictures. The booth was pretty simple to use and he guided everyone through the steps, from choosing your filters to understanding the photo prompts. I'm not sure if this is common with photobooths these days, but Luxe had fun prompts for you to act out instead of whatever random photo you might have planned. :) This was a hit for our guests and I think everyone left the photobooth laughing. Peter also made sure all guests put in their email after the photos so they could have them digitally forever! He printed up extra copies, so all parties could take one home and made sure there were enough for people to add them to our photo albums we had available for guests to customize. All in all, this was one of the BEST experiences of the evening and I highly recommend Peter for your future event! I promise your guests will be delighted.

Before returning my rental items I had every intention of writing a 5 star review. However upon…read moredealing with the curt woman behind the counter today, I can certainly understand the other reviews about AAA lacking customer service. I was very pleased to be able to go online and view my options prior to calling. Luckily I knew what I needed, sizes etc... When I called to place my order, the woman on the phone was quick, courteous and professional. She quoted me a price that was more than reasonable. She explained the amount due to hold the order as well as the deposit that I would have to put down (that was refundable) when picking up my order. An invoice was promptly emailed to me that reflected our phone conversation. When I went to pick up my order again everything was ready to go, they processed my payment and I popped around back and the gentleman at the loading dock got everything nicely into my car. The items were clean, nicely packaged and in good shape. I even had compliments at my small event as to how nice the items looked! When I went to return my items today, the woman behind the counter wasn't pleasant and seemed irritated that I was in the store. She gave me my return slip she said to take it around back and drop it off. When I asked her about the deposit going back on my account she very curtly replied that they would check my items in and determine at that point if my deposit would be refunded. It was almost as if she was implying that I had damaged the items. As I know everything was in perfect shape, I thanked her, returned the items and on my way I went. I would recommend using AAA if you know what you want and don't need someone to happily walk you through their items.
