The teachers were not welcoming or engaging, were not energetic, and repeatedly called my daughter the wrong name. A significant portion of the class they spent sitting around and waiting, and not actually dancing. The teachers were not adaptable for young children. One child was crying. Another child the parent pulled them out early. My daughter was visibly disappointed and had been looking forward to this. I am devastated this was her first dance experience. If you are looking for a positive environment where your child can joyfully dance, steer clear.

We agreed to meet at 3pm and she showed up at 3:45, I've included pictures of the emails so it's pretty crazy they are even refusing to take accountability for that. We only showed up for the classes recommended to our kids. I don't know what other times their classes are, and they admitted that they assigned us to the wrong class, so again, it's crazy that they're denying that now because this is a public forum. The gaslighting is honestly crazy. Mrs Angela IGNORED emails where I asked for clarification on my children's placement. When I asked the teachers in person how we could improve (after confirming it was a good time to talk and talking privately in their office), I was told that questioning their placement decisions was disrespectful. No mention of how my kids could actually improve. There were no behavioral issues, no failure to achieve specific goals, just "this is our placement decision, we don't need to give you reasons, it's disrespectful to question it." This lady doesn't care about kids. If she did, she would have been compassionate to my 6 and 3 year olds who were crying that they couldn't perform. She just doesn't like to admit that her business is poorly run so she ignores problems and kicks people out who try to discuss it. They treat the kids like paychecks, act accommodating when you sign up, and then just move people around as they see fit to make more room in classes or ensembles, regardless of the effect on the children. It's honestly harmful to the kids, who think they did something wrong (and again, the studio couldn't actually list anything we had done wrong). But this studio would rather tell a 3 and 6 year old that they are not good enough than admit their clerical errors. Don't expose your kids to this. Original review below: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They have terrible office staff who misplaced my children. When they were told the proper level A MONTH after class began, they provided no help on how our daughter could stay with the friends she had made. They will take your deposits and change your schedule no questions asked. And if you do ask questions, they will call you "disrespectful." Absolutely disgusting way to treat children. They literally just take your deposit and do whatever they want with your children. Not a single class started on time and the owner was 45 minutes late to a meeting with me. Worst business I've ever dealt with.

My older daughter has enjoyed the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) track, while my little one loves the hip hop (thanks Mr. Ethan!) and ballet/jazz classes. I personally love the adult ballet classes (Ms. Caitlyn!)
