As soon as I purchased them I received an email saying your tickets will follow in another email. I waited about 24 hours and called them and asked where my tickets were. I had not gotten an email to down load my tickets. They put me on hold for a long time came back and said you will receive your tickets 48 hours before the show. I fly to Las Vegas I give my son the email for his birthday on Wednesday his birthday and tell him I will get the tickets Thursday the show is Saturday night. I call Friday morning and ask where my tickets are they assure me I will get them later in the day. Then I get a call in the late afternoon and they tell mr they do not have my tickets and I will not be getting the tickets. I am beside myself and ask for a supervisor. The supervisor tells me the same thing but we will give you a discount if you want regular seat instead of the VIP seats, I told her it was my sons birthday and I had already told him I bought VIP tickets for him. If you do not have my tickets you should offer me better tickets not worse seats. She was like to bad you are not getting the tickets you purchased. I could have purchased tickets at Stub Hub or a great place to sit or Vegas.com or Las Vegas.com or 100 other places and actually received the tickets I purchased and not ruined my sons birthday. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! You take a big chance you will not get your tickets!!

As the envelope encourages (the one in which the tickets came in) - please call EasySeat if the tickets are in error. EasySeat was the vendor not willing to work with the consumer. I contacted EasySeat immediately after receiving my tickets and 3 months before the event. Any decent business would have been willing to work with an unhappy consumer. EasySeat would have been money ahead to either cancel the transaction, upgrade, etc. I read reviews before purchasing on-line, if there are negative comments, it makes me think twice about purchasing from that merchant. I warn purchasers to be extremely careful when dealing with EasySeat. They could care less about the consumer. They take the money and run. They are not a reputable broker. Buyer beware!

We weren't sure what to expect from our experience, but we spent about an hour here and thought it was really cool! The owner is so nice and really takes the time to go through each and every piece of his exhibit with you. Learning about the connections he had with the actors and how he obtained the different props was so interesting. If you're looking for something different to do, I recommend stopping by for a tour!

The Witch's Dungeon Classic Movie Museum is a classic movie monster museum that opened in Bristol,…read moreConnecticut in 1966. It was founded by local artist Cortlandt Hull. As a young boy, Hull was frequently ill and occupied much of his time by building Aurora monster plastic model kits. He soon became fascinated with movie makeup and how it could transform an actor into a fearsome creature. Hull was disappointed with the "Chamber of Horrors" at many wax museums, so he decided to open his own horror museum. He started building life-size monster figurines. The first one he built was "Zenobia, The Gypsy Witch". Hull's father Robert helped him build a Swiss chalet-style building to house the full-size monsters, and the museum officially opened in 1966 when Hull was just 13-years-old. As an adult, Hull worked in the film industry creating art prints as well as creating special effects make-ups. He made a lot of connections with various actors and make-up artists over the years. His museum continued to grow and the monster figures continued to improve. For several decades the small museum was located on Hull's home property and was only open during the Halloween season. In the 2010s, the museum relocated to the Bristol Historical Society. There was more room for the monster figures and Hull was also able to showcase many of the authentic movie props he had collected over the years. The museum moved to its current larger location in Plainville in time for Halloween 2020. It is now open year-round, not just for Halloween. I have visited the Witch's Dungeon several times over the years since I was just a young boy. I still remember that first visit very well because it made such an impression on me. I'm a huge fan of the classic movie monsters. I've enjoyed watching the museum grow and improve over the following decades. There's an impressive collection of various movie artifacts and props, but the real stars of the museum are the full size figures of classic monsters that appeared from the 1920s to the 1950s. Some of my favorites include the Frankenstein Monster, the Phantom of the Opera, Count Orlok, the Fly, and the Werewolf of London. The latter was portrayed by Hull's great uncle: the late actor Henry Hull. If you're a fan of horror films then you must visit the Witch's Dungeon Classic Movie Museum!

Quite honestly, I'm writing this review because I have just recently received my guitar back from Corey (one of the owners) who restored my damaged fretboard with a much better Tusq nut to boot and upgraded the pickups and all electric switches/jack hot-rodding my first ever guitar an Epi special. I happened to be in the shop (as I usually am- Great place to check out new gear and play some awesome instruments), and seen he treated with the care and skill he would one of the more expensive guitars and at a great price!! I am in love with this instrument again and have not put it down, he showed me his wiring and it was top-notch; I am absolutely blown away at the quality of his craftsmanship and the tones coming out this guitar. All that being said I also have two children taking instruction there and they love it. The instructors meet them at their level but continually challenge them. My wife and I are quite happy with how the children have been improving and how happy they are with their instructors. Their prices are better than most places and the instruction is great. I have also have had the opportunity to go the monthly jam night they host and it was a great time. All in all, Martel's is a great place to be and shop for your music needs in my humble opinion.
