My children have all excelled at the Just Dance Studio. Recital nights are optional. Attending as a parent is optional. It is meant to be a fun night for all, instructors included. At any dance studio (and let me tell you I have experience through my much younger cousins who are still in high school that have danced their entire lives) the older students assist with teaching classes for some of the younger students. This is common practice in dance studios. If you want an adult instructor, there are options for that as well at Just Dance. Cost equivalent, my children max out at the top of the pay schedule at Just Dance (3 kids from 10-6), which frankly I use as my after school care, and it saves me over $300.00 from what I would pay with school latchkey. If you want your kids photo to be printed in the recital program, you need to pay too. The owner is only focus on how to make money rather than teaching the kid. From Sept - May, my kid only learn few steps and this shows on the recital. On their facebook account, staff and volunteer are congratulating each other. Also on the recital night, kids do not know their next move. It only shows that they don't learn enough . The owner has many intermission. The recital is supposed to highlight the students what they learned but instead it is the owners night to perform with her many intermissions. The instructors are also too young. I think under 17 years old so what can you expect with the quality of teaching. I hope the owners will focus on really teaching the kids not not just focus on making money at the expense of these kids. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

I ended up signing up for a 2 week intro membership but had a health issue that made me have to pause my membership.
