I will say that the exercises may cause more pain initially as the blood flow and nerves are awakened, but after the first 2 days, I am noticing a good deal of improvement.

My wife tried them for two sessions and her numbness was completely gone. Dan F. is also a complete buffoon. He complains that the instructor is not a doctor and that he is shown working in his living room, without even a white jacket. The instructor actually gained his knowledge from an elderly yoga instructor. He clearly says that he is just a normal guy who wants to help people. Dan F. also never states that he has tried the exercises. These people have obviously never tried the exercises but give the system only one star. What idiots they are. My wife was ready to schedule surgery last week, but after the diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, we ordered the system and it works like MAGIC. She hates surgery, hospitals, and physical therapy. This system has made it possible for her to avoid all of this pain. Get this system. You will love it and want to share it with friends and family.

They were 1 of the 2 schools with openings. Very fortunate to find availability. Our son loves school for his first experience and enjoys everyday. Teacher sends a email of what they did everyday to you so you as a family can talk about it.

Andrew's credentials show in the structure of the classroom information he gives. This is a class that will not only safely prepare you for your concealed carry permit, you will enjoy yourself. And it will move you to go beyond the class, and study the state law covering concealed carry. There's a lot of responsibility involved with carrying a gun, and Andrew does a great job of helping his students understand Michigan law while mixing in down to earth stories and facts to help almost any one be more comfortable about carrying a firearm for their own protection. Anyone, whether they have military experience to a complete novice will be comfortable and learn a lot in these classes.

It was so neat to see the workings of the ship, what a treat. Popular activity as it only happens once a year, and this was the first time it has occurred since the pandemic. There was a long line even though it was a rainy, dreary day.

I don't know if it is typical, but the staff seemed to push very hard to be tipped, but such is life I guess.
