I'm hopeful that the exercises will once again fend off my need for surgery. I will say that the exercises may cause more pain initially as the blood flow and nerves are awakened, but after the first 2 days, I am noticing a good deal of improvement.

My wife tried them for two sessions and her numbness was completely gone. Dan F. is also a complete buffoon. He complains that the instructor is not a doctor and that he is shown working in his living room, without even a white jacket. The instructor actually gained his knowledge from an elderly yoga instructor. He clearly says that he is just a normal guy who wants to help people. Dan F. also never states that he has tried the exercises. These people have obviously never tried the exercises but give the system only one star. What idiots they are. My wife was ready to schedule surgery last week, but after the diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, we ordered the system and it works like MAGIC. She hates surgery, hospitals, and physical therapy. This system has made it possible for her to avoid all of this pain. Get this system. You will love it and want to share it with friends and family.
