The class starts off with warmups and for about half the class time choreographed moves are being taught and repeated and put together for each set of moves. If you want to have a good cardio workout and learn a new choreographed dance sequence ligature could be done for a hip hop video, this place is for you! It's not for beginners but anyone from all dance levels would enjoy this class as long as you are looking for a great workout. Everyone is super friendly and the instructor will happily go over specific dance steps if you ask. It's taught at a wedding venue so you might think you're at the wrong place until you look inside to see some vibe items for sale or one or 2 dancers warming up. Classes are Tues and Thursdays from 730 to 900 but it actually extended past 930 when I left at 930. And classes are $20/class. There are no packaged discounts at this time. I would definitely go again!

The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel so comfortable trying something out of your comfort zone. You leave the class knowing a few beginner moves and combinations. Will I ever reach that level of skill where I'd actually perform amongst restaurant patrons, snaking my way through veils of hookah smoke and cloth covered tables loaded with hummus and schwarma? If I continue to go to these classes I will. But even if I only dance in my dreams, I'll be doing it correctly.
