We waited about 5 minutes for someone to approach us. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I also wanted to take a photo for her dad who had to work and wasn't about to attend her first class and I was rudely and aggressively approached. I had no idea it wasn't allowed however it was apparently in the waivers but I missed that. You sign about 10 waivers. They also charged me a $25 fee because my card didn't go through. She claims she reached out to me multiple times about payment but she only said something ONE time after I questioned her about the fee. Also, the restroom situation is crazy to me. You have mamas in there with young children. Not allowed to use the bathroom. This company only cares about the money and not the students. Do yourself and more importantly your child a favor and go somewhere else.

My son always has a hard time with dropping him off in the morning, his teachers would always soothe him and try to distract him with something fun to calm him down. They have an amazing curriculum and are always doing art projects and singing songs and having a great time while learning. They also send home pictures almost daily of your little one and give you a daily report. They also have school pictures 2 times a year and every so often will have a spirit week with fun daily themes that my son loved. Would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone.

Our son is in the Pre-K class with Miss Amy and Miss Amanda, and they are both incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids. One thing that really stands out about Kinder-Magic is how much they prioritize the emotional wellbeing of each child as well as the classroom community. The teachers are very intentional about helping the kids feel safe, supported, and confident. Our son also attends the afternoon supplemental classes, where he may be with Miss Amy, Miss Amanda, Miss P, or Miss Bernadette, and he adores them all. Every teacher we've encountered has been warm, thoughtful, and clearly loves what they do. After trying a few other places before this, it's such a relief to finally feel like we found the right fit. Our son comes home happy and excited to tell us about his day, which says everything. We're so grateful we found Kinder-Magic. Cassie and her staff are incredible- not only do they keep you up to date on how your child is adjusting, they actually take the time to learn your child's personality and bond with them. They do art projects with the children and I can honestly say now that our son is with children his own age, he has learned so many new skills. I can't say enough positive things about Cassie and her team!

They get a lot of playtime outside as well! My daughter has been following direction more at home too! As I went to cancel the pending reservation, Shelly confirmed it! I reached out to her asking for a refund. I hoped she would be empathetic and understanding to my situation, but she actually said "your problem has nothing to do with me" I even explained that I was a poor college student and I needed the funds for an emergency vet for my cat Citrus. She didn't seem to care much, and didn't give me a full refund. The place seemed really cute and I was excited to check it out, but Shelly is obviously only in her businesses for the money. her actions show a lack of empathy that I believe is concerning for anyone considering her businesses.
