The woman who took my call, to whom I told my situation, told me that she had to speak to the dentist and would call me back right away. After waiting for two hours for the return call, I phoned them. I was told that they were too busy and to go to the ER for help. I did so and was told at Edward Hospital that they couldn't do anything and to see my dentist! Brammeier was not responsive when I needed emergency care because they were too busy.
