I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Badiyan while he was working in a Multi-Doctor Facility - he left and opened his own Clinic- I received a call with his new info yet remained at the Multi-Doctor Facility. Well said Facility closed I was once again searching. In this gap my phone broke and during the restore his NEW info showed up and I called -- a glorious intervention -- I again became his patient. I can honestly say he is an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PERSON and by far one of the BEST DOCTORS I've ever been lucky enough to be cared for and treated by in all the time I have been his patient he HAS NEVER GIVEN UP ON ME. He listens to my ridiculous ideas and never once made me feel ridiculous as my questions of "can we try this" turned into conversations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Badiyan. He is thorough, incredibly considerate and has an awesome heart (empathy.) https://www.integrativepainandspine.com LEWISVILLE - 9725250858 1700 FM 544 Suite 100, Lewisville, TX 75056 FRISCO - 9725250843 4461 Coit Road Suite 411, Frisco, TX 75035I have been dealing with pain since I was a teenager and in December of 2007 it completely changed and now it is a 24/7 365 battle with chronic pain due to several diagnosed issues by several different Doctors. My husband has been in and out of the hospital for three months. After surgery, his pain continued…read moreand the doctor's referred him to this office. I called the office based on the referral and they stated they would call me back - No call. I had to call them back, and the nurse was kind and worked with me to book the appointment. After everything was confirmed, I received a message about complications with the insurance. I tried calling to speak with the nurse to get everything rectified, but she was in a procedure. So, I was stuck talking to the front office. All to say, one told me that we were out of coverage. I asked about the secondary insurance, and she said we can't bill them because of the primary. I then said that I would pay out of pocket because I didn't wan to see my husband in pain. She told me that they cancelled the appointment. After voicing my concern, she placed her office manager on the phone. This lady was rude and unprofessional. She totally contradicted what the other lady told me. She told me that my husband was not covered. I tried asking her questions, but she continued to cut me off because she didn't appear to want any questions or to hear from me. After cutting me off several times, I asked her not to because that was not aligned to quality customer service. She then told me that I didn't have good manners, told me that the conversation was over, and hung up in my face. Maybe this was a blessing because I wouldn't want to entrust my husband's care to anyone who allows this type of treatment to individuals in chronic pain. Like others, I would score it a 0 if this system allowed me to.

Somewhat new to Texas, I have struggled over the last year with finding someone I can put my absolute trust in. From the very first appointment, we had an immediate action plan. I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I've had in 6 years. Living in pain is scary, frustrating, and debilitating. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I can't say I've ever felt as safe as I do or trusted a pain management doctor the way I do with Dr. B. He is open and honest and doesn't dance around anything. His bed side manner truly is a class act. It is always a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Ashley is always smiling and ridiculously pleasant. His MA Tony, is phenomenal. He is very easy to speak with, get a hold of, is very thorough, and quite frankly makes me smile even when I'm wanting to cry. Both of them do- Dr. B and Tony. They make a really great team. In my 40 years, I've never met a more competent & efficient MA. I'm no longer scared to leave an appointment feeling like I'm missing something and will have to wait until my next appointment to address it. I have struggled greatly in the past with MAs who have lacked knowledge, a sense of urgency, understanding, or had very poor follow up. Not Tony. No Sir. He is on it!! Best MA award goes to Tony. Dr. B has come to us from Chicago as a highly respected doctor. And the mere fact that Tony has joined Dr. Broadnax and Dr. Anderson on their journey here to Texas is not only a testament to the depth of their teamwork but is also a testament of their trust in each other. Which is then genuinely felt by myself, the patient. So if you are a patient like a was; feeling lost, not quite sure what to do, feeling like your pain is your destiny, convinced this is how you're going to have to live the rest of your life, running into oddball pain management doctors who don't seem to listen, want to try experimental injections on you, or just bandaid the pain with medication, please stop and make an appointment. There IS hope and there truly are good doctors in this state. Dr. Broadnax & his partner, Dr. Eric Anderson have blessed Texas by coming here from Chicago. I feel bad for the patients they had to leave behind. But they are both highly educated and intelligent individuals who know how to treat their patients like humans and with kindness.

I called 4 different t times to get details and next steps so I can start my road to recovery. No call backs or a sense of urgency. I finally stopped calling and went elsewhere for care and so happy that I did. 3 months later I received a phone call to check on me and I told the lady on the phone my experience and why I am no longer a patient there. She just said okay and hung up. Two of the times I called, there were roosters and barking in the background so I know their scheduling is working remote. Not a good idea with the service and whoever is doing the follow ups. I want to reach out to the doctor so he knows about his staff but I can't get a hold of him without going through the front desk. Go elsewhere!! Healthcare shouldn't be like this. AWFUL!!

Suffering from early signs of Plantar Fasciitis is no fun. It comes with shooting pains in the foot…read moreand leg, tightness in the soft tissue, and lots of cramping. It really makes it difficult to sleep at night! Then came Airrosti. After visiting with Dr. Cain and his effervescent sidekick/physical therapist, Calah, they created a pain management program to deal with these issues. It was really simple to follow their directions, and wow, what a difference it made! After just four visits, the pain is alleviated and gets less every day. There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. It almost makes us wish something else would go wrong with us just so we can see them again! But not quite. There are easier ways to make friends. Why don't we all just grab lunch instead? Thanks again Benton, Calah, and all the rest of the Airrosti crew!
