On the day of the wedding, everything went very well. There were a few timing issues throughout the day that were unfortunately out of our control, but the photographers did their best to work around them and still capture as much as possible. We really appreciated their flexibility and effort. We do wish we had a little more time for certain settings and shots, but again, some of those things were simply outside of anyone's control. When we first received our wedding video, it was a bit shorter than what we expected based on our contract. However, the team was very responsive to our feedback and worked with us to create four different edits, incorporating everything we requested. We really appreciated their willingness to listen and make adjustments until we were happy with the final result. Overall, we would absolutely rate their service 5/5. We truly appreciate their hard work, honesty, transparency, and dedication to making sure we had a great final product. Thank you for helping capture such an important day for us.

We had 2 photographers, 2 videographers, drone coverage, a posing master class before the wedding, teaser reels, a highlight film, and a full wedding movie. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the team made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. It was truly an honor to work with Masha and Ivan, along with Julia and the rest of the Big Day Memories team. Every single person showed so much dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do. We have had them take our daughter's pictures since they started, many years ago, and they're like a fine wine that gets better with age. I really enjoy their down to earth personalities which I think makes it so easy to work with our daughter. Erik and Ana have great professional equipment, and are very keen on making sure they listen to what vision, if any, we have for a particular photo shoot. They have taken photos of our daughter since she was a baby in settings for 4th of July with her cousins, Autumn backdrop with her cousins again, They have taken pictures out in nature, most recently they took her 1st Communion Pictures, and they are just beautiful. They have excellent props and backdrop settings, which they put together themselves, for most, if not all the seasons, and if there's a specific theme you have in mind, they are quick to get what they need and bring it to life. During our last photo shoot of our daughter's special Sacrament, of course we had to stage it because the actual mass took place the day before, and we were able to get permission to use the church my husband works in to take pictures of our daughter since the church itself is not being used, because of Covid-19, but their professionalism was most evident. Erik and Ana were wearing their masks and gloves, and again, made us feel comfortable and safe. To Erik and Ana, I want to personally thank you for capturing the most special moments of our beautiful daughter's many stages in life since she was a toddler to now, at 9 years old. Your work never disappoints and you always go above and beyond. You both make us feel like we're the only ones you go above and beyond for, but I know it's a standard in your business/professionalism because you've also done some of my sister-in-laws pictures and very close friends' as well, and they feel the same way. Thank you for your willingness to work with my ideas and for bringing my visions to life. We've known you both for so long now, that you are truly family! It was really important to me to have a copy of the raw footage from my wedding, because I knew I was going to be too busy to remember the ceremony and the toasts, and all those other important moments. Anne and Dave offered a package that included this footage, and at a reasonable price. The other videographer I had found who offered this was charging an exorbitant amount. (2) I spoke with Anne before hiring her, and I really liked her. She responded to my email inquiry very quickly. When we talked about their packages, she gave me her honest opinion--that, for what I was looking for, one of their cheaper packages would be sufficient. She could have tried to upsell me, but the fact that she didn't showed me that she has integrity. I also just really liked her energy when I spoke with her. She seemed really earnest, cheerful, and supportive. I'm so pleased with the work that Anne and Dave did. They arrived early to the venue and worked nonstop until after the first dance. Our photographer seemed to enjoy working with them, to the extent that I thought they were already friends (but they'd all just met that day). Anne and Dave both had good suggestions for certain shots they wanted, and even recommended some shots to the photographer. Lastly, there was a point before the ceremony where I was extremely stressed and frustrated, and Anne came over under the guise of fixing my necklace, but I think she was also trying to help me take deep breaths. She wasn't being condescending or anything, it was just a natural extension of her calm energy. That moment helped ground me, and helped me feel like I had someone supporting me. I could cry just thinking about it, because she knew what I needed in the moment. We received our highlight video less than 2 months after the wedding, and it's so cute! I'm excited to go through the raw footage next. This experience has been 100% positive.
