Dan provided honest estimates of cost and his schedule availability, and was true to his word on both. He quickly and safely made the much-needed tension spring adjustments and also gave the door hinges a quick spray lube. My door has been running smoothly and more quietly since and its obvious my opener isn't straining as much as it used to prior to the tension spring adjustment & hinge spray. A busted garage door sucks! I called a "reputable " company and asked for a quote. They know you're over a barrel and gave me a quote. I told them I had another quote coming.
