Home2 Suites by Hilton Warminster Horsham - Main Front Entrance

Home2 Suites by Hilton Warminster Horsham

Disappointing Stay Marred by Rude Management and Inconsistent Customer Service…read moreMy recent stay at the Home2 Suites in Warminster, PA, was decent in terms of the room--clean, comfortable, and up to the brand's usual standards--but the entire experience was ruined by the shockingly poor customer service from the front desk manager. As a Hilton Gold member, I reached out early in the morning to request a late checkout for our group. She immediately shut it down, saying they "don't do late checkouts" here. When I inquired if this aligned with Hilton's policies, she curtly replied that it's a franchise and they "don't have to follow Hilton policy." Her attitude was abrasive and unhelpful right off the bat. Things escalated when I learned that another person in our group had already been granted a late checkout by a different staff member. I brought this up politely, hoping for some fairness, but she flew into a rage, demanding the room number so she could "cancel it right away." This level of pettiness and hostility is unacceptable in any hospitality setting--it left me stunned and frustrated. We love the Home2 Suites concept for its reliability and perks, but this location's management makes it a no-go. The rude, inconsistent service completely undermines the brand. If you're expecting the courtesy and consistency Hilton promises, especially as a rewards member, look elsewhere in the area. This spot isn't worth the hassle.

Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt (from a machine??) & fixin's, plus a waffle maker, juice & coffee. Very basic & nothing freshly prepared. Then, the room...One of the tv's didn't work - fixed the next day. The clock wasn't even plugged in. The tv's had only basic cable - no TCM, no Premium channels or games or On Demand, plus, they weren't smart tv's, so I couldn't stream or access Netflix or Prime from my phone. No dvd or cd player...nothing! You had to ask for a cooktop & they delivered a conduction burner & frying pan. I didn't see a soda machine, but wouldn't pay $4.00 for a soda from the small snack store near the check in counter.

The line was almost to tge door but the time we were done. The waiter at the breakfast was completely flustered. Onto the good points. The room (looked newly renovated) was simplistic but clean. There is a refrigerator but too bad there was not a microwave. We were here for a conference held at the hotel and they did a fantastic job.

Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights for a family wedding. We saw lots of families/wedding parties…read moreso my guess is its a pretty popular wedding venue and hotel close to outside Philly. Check in was a little messy but I think that was the party in front of us as there seemed to be some mix up with their room. We were able to check in fine but our cards stopped working mid day the second day and we had to get new ones. Several other guests mentioned having the same problem. Might've been a system glitch. We had one of the "renovated" rooms but it felt cold. Bare floor, bare walls, hardly any natural light. Toilet had issues flushing here and there and there's little to no shower pressure. At least the bed was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. Breakfast is available at the cafe on site but be careful. Its $18.95 NOT COMPLIMENTARY. ($15.00 + 20% gratuity) You can also just get coffee and a la carte items like muffins, pasteries, etc to go. We were not informed about this and ended up paying for the buffet. Offerings were standard: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, bagels. Honestly I've had better complimentary breakfasts at smaller hotels but if you're in a pinch its fine. Opt for the ala cate. Staff were very friendly and accommodating so I can't fault them for that. But the website listed the price as $11 so the $18 price was a bit alarming. Parking is free and location wise its about a 15 min drive to a lot of shops and venues, 45 min to center city Philadelphia (With traffic) so overall a good spot right off 76. We were able to pick up my husband's tux at a local men's warehouse after a size mistake and get gas/food at a wawa and chick fil a near by. Overall a solid 3 for good location, friendly staff, and free parking.

Beware of this company! If I could give no stars, I would…read more My contract was for "door to door" service. The day before pickup, I was informed that the car couldn't be delivered to my new address in Washington DC (because it's in the city center), nor picked up from my address in San Francisco (due to weather delaying the arrival of the truck). They'd had my new address for more than a week and hadn't bothered to inform me of this problem. The only solution they offered for the pickup was for me to drive the car to a lot and leave it ON MY MOVE DAY. Which I did. They offered to pay some of the cab ride back to the city, so at delivery I would owe $700. The trip took 2 hours on a hectic, stressful day. My cousins said they could deliver it to their house in VA. Avanti said they could deliver anywhere in VA or DC and that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. I was out of the country, but was told it would be turnkey delivery. My cousins would sign for the car and my credit card would be charged and all would be easy. Not so. They called my cousins on Friday (2 days late) and said they couldn't deliver the car to their 2 lane road. They also claimed I hadn't paid for the delivery and unless my cousins paid the $700+, they would return my car to Philadelphia and charge me for storage until I returned to DC. Can you say extortion? My cousin is pregnant, this was days before Christmas, and she had house guests. She did NOT need this stress and bother. She agreed to pay and miraculously, my credit card authorization was found. My cousins still had to drive to a gas station to pick up the car. When I got the invoice, it was for $720. They hadn't even taken off their portion of the cab ride! This is about the worst customer service imaginable. I will never recommend this company to anyone and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau and whoever licenses these companies. This one should be out of business.

Operates with no insurance, damaged my vehicle, refuses to compensate damages that I incur over $2000. 2. Upon delivery requested $118 more keeping my car as a bail. When I refused to pay because of raised charge, no insurance information provided, no proof of agreement at all. They took away my vehicle and kept collecting $50 a day while keeping it in unsecured residential driveway paying an owner less than $20 but charging me $50. They were lying me it is stored in towing parking facility. 3. 3 days late against our agreed delivery date. Delivered on Sunday instead of Thursday while I was paying extra for the rental car. 4. No documents, no written receipts, invoices and moreover insurance information provided. 5. Customer service is horrible, David was rude and aggressive. 6. Drove my car over 300 miles while on the route, came with extra miles and dirty inside. Would not recommend this company to anybody. Stay Away!!!

She told me they would review it and then set up a phone conference with Donna (the owner). That was three days later because her schedule was all "booked". never heard of such a thing. I finally speak to her which was over a 45 minute conversation and she said she would send me an itinerary in over a week because she had 50 other clients ahead. Long and behold 2 weeks have passed and no follow up not even a courtesy email. They are so unprofessional. The whole point of a travel agency is for them to book things for you. I've never heard of all this fuss for a trip and in the end to not receive anything. If you are interested in New Zealand or Australia trips use aspire down under. Shelly provided me an itinerary overnight. Unlike this company who clearly should not be in business or get more help.
