I had a check up with Dr. Meirson is in his beautiful office. There was basically no wait. He was in a great mood as usual. The ladies at the desk are very kind and I met with Erica and Malaya, both wonderful!!! I had two little spots removed to be biopsied from my back and I'm sure I will hear from the office in a week or so. Check out is very easy never a problem. On 11/25 and 11/26, I received voicemail messages "Good afternoon Monica this is Dr Wtf office like give us a call back at your convenience. I wanted to see if you were available today either till 115 or 245 to come in for your sample. The number is 954727701 thank you...." So I went to go get my Dupixent injections on the same date- put off all my appointments and paid work for the receptionist to instead be very rude and stern in telling me that I was NOT getting any samples or injections on that day. So unprofessional and rude. She said, "did you hear what she said?" Expecting me to be okay with the LIES that their unprofessional, know it all, and acting better and above than all assistant was stating. Move over bitch assistant, your good and fake looks don't mean a thing! To this day, I have not even received a phone call or follow-up on where the F my medication is. I am requesting for my file to be provided to me by 12/11/24 so I can find a competent dermatologist elsewhere because clearly your office is not with it. read more

I want to share that from the moment I contacted the office - to make an appointment - from the examination to the biopsy, Dr. Meirson and his entire staff are comforting, very pleasant, professional. Some doctors and staff are 'cold' and they try to push you out the door as quickly as possible. That's NOT the case with Dr. Meirson's office or staff. Don't let the appearance of the nice clean office lure you in to this highly unprofessional so called "Doctor". I think at one point in Dr. Meirson's career he might have been good, but he's obviously not up for working anymore. I went in for a visit to have a spot removed, he walked into my room took one look and said "no I'm not removing that, you'll have to schedule with a cinematic specialist and have surgery." He saw me maybe for 25 seconds tops, and than still charged me for the bull crap visit. The old man needs to hang up his wings and retire from the practice - he obviously doesn't want to work much. I went to a different dermatologist, and she removed the spot in 20 minutes. No comestic surgery required by "Dr." Meirson. All he wants is your upfront money, and then just refer you to someone else. Absolute waste of money and time. read more

As soon as I walk in they lady at the desk told me I had to wear a mask no matter what. NOBODY wears a mask anymore! ALL mandates have been lifted! But here, the doctor makes everyone wear a mask STILL! Its ridiculous. Then the doctor comes out and says he mandates everyone wears a mask. Get this... HE WASN"T WEARING A MASK!!! I'm like "What the Hell !?!" I am the CEO of one of the largest Media corporations in South Florida. I have WAY more staff than he does, and none of us wear masks and we are all healthy happy people doing business. They can be his puppet all they like. But for HIM not to be wearing a mask himself was outrageous. They were charging $180 JUST TO SEE THE GUY! And THAT is BEFORE he does anything! I said "I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else". And walked out! 5 years from now they will STILL be wearing a mask and forcing people that come to them to keep wearing those stupid masks. And YES, I am perfectly healthy. Went to the "good doctor" first time just for a routine checkup. The receptionist Jen, was very rude. Finally after an hour wait here comes the doctor cracking stupid jokes, never put on gloves, a minute look over without touching he was done. I pointed out to him something on my back that I was able to feel with my finger but couldn't see. Right away he asked the assistant to mark it to do biopsy. I heard the girl say " what exactly you wanna biopsy?" She said it's probably a blackhead. He insisted...I said NO!! When he realized I wasn't a push over he said ok and just come back and see me in 6 months. I found this doctor to be completely unethical and ridiculous. He wanted to do an unnecessary biopsy so he can make money. It's so sad that people like him are allowed to practice. Btw the next day I squeeze that spot on my back and just like I, and his assistant thought it was just that. read more

I recommend anyone who goes to this place to secure your personal belongings and keep it in your eyesight or even hold on to it. I was there alone no one else besides the rude and unpleasant staffs, and my $400 Gucci sunglasses miraculously disappeared from the office where they told me to sit and wait. I Asked for help but no one was interested in helping to look for it but was more like trying to get me to believe that I leave it in my car or I didn't take it in the office, when in fact the receptionist was the one who told me oh look your sunglasses fell, which I already knew because I was about to pick it up, it was on my head so it fell when I was filling out the forms. One of them even followed me to my car to check to see if I left it in there, the nerves!!! I hope whoever stole it karma deals with them!!! read more

Utterly disgusted and appalled. My initial visit to the doctor's office was everything you will want it to be. Dr. Mierson is very kind and relatable. The follow up was poor and the interaction with the grant desk- Ms. Darcy was DISGUSTING! I used the portal they gave me access to and got no response, I told them I send messages and pictures, in turn they said the doctor would like to see it. I show up and they tell me about a visit charge. I didn't ask for a visit, the doctor asked to see me based on something he prescribed that made my skin 150% worst. They were more than willing to lose a patient than recognize the issue and fault of their portal system/ instructions to me. I later called the office to speak with the more senior person who I saw this morning and the disgusting woman hung up on me because I refused to give my name. read more

It's been many years since I had seen Dr Meierson for Mohs surgery, but the experience was so horrific that I could not pass up the opportunity to comment, when I unexpectedly saw his name on this Yelp page. When people have questioned the most excruciating pain I or anyone else may have experienced, I undoubtedly mention Dr. Meierson, as his image immediately pops into my head. It felt as if he never administered an adequate amount of the local anesthetic . Moreover, he refused to acknowledge my continual wincing and complaining of the outrageous pain I had experienced of the scraping, cauterizing and subsequent suturing as the tears were rolling down my cheeks. He basically minimized my pain and was somewhat mocking me. I am one who usually has a good pain threshold. I have never felt as invalidated by any type of specialist as I did by Dr. Meierson. I have had multiple Mohs procedures since, and have had only positive experiences in comparison. Although uncomfortable as the Mohs may be, never did I subsequently experience such pain as I did with him on that unforgettable day. read more
