If you want to work on weight loss, getting in shape or even train to be a professional body builder Nilsa is your key to success...and of course YOUR HARD WORK! Losing weight is not easy folks, there is no magic pill, no QUICK way to get to your goal! Come in, like I did, overweight and I'm desperate need of a transformation. Change your diet, Nilsa can provide you with a specific training session built specifically for you with planned meals that you can make once a week to eat as the week goes on. Food is really our enemy out there folks...along with sugar and salt! It is too easy these days to eat poorly and guess what...that is at least 70% of your journey! Throw in working out 6 days a week, some cardio each day and the right diet and you will have the keys to the size you want to be! This IS NOT A SHORT OR QUICK JOURNEY!!! Do not have expectations that are not possible to meet! When you start a program look at it the terms of AFTER 12 MONTHS where will you be. I said it right, after 313 days(I took out your days off) is what you want to put in your mind. The people at this gym are amazing. There are some actual body builders here...I am, cough cough, not one of them but I serve H2O better than Bobby Boucher Jr! They will talk to you and encourage you when they see that you are consistent in your commitment. They have helped me already and folks I am not much more than a month into my transformation. Am I where I want to be..no way. Do I see improvement? Hell yes I do, I already lost a full pants size. It is your health, your life and your future. Stop thinking about it, call Nilsa and get your ass in here! You will truly thank yourself for the person that you have become when you get to your goal...and on the way to your goal is actually pretty freaking sweet too!

My stepdad found out about Higher Level Fitness and the 6 week challenge via Groupon and started the challenge himself. As I was on my own health and fitness journey, my stepdad was on his own with Higher Level Fitness and seeing FAST results. I wanted to be able to be active with my friends and family, go on hikes and different adventures without being limited. So, I decided to give Higher Level Fitness a shot and commit to the 6 week challenge. Man, was this something I wish I had heard of a long time ago, and am sure glad that I am doing this now. I have lost 26.6 pounds in the past 6 weeks thanks to Hristo, Patti, Sonny and Chris. They provided me with a list of foods that I could eat split up by proteins, fats and veggies. It sounds very limiting, but if you keep an open mind it's really not that bad, and I had so much fun creating different recipes and meals only using the list of foods I could have. The workouts are awesome. The workouts are what's keeping me motivated and encouraged about my future fitness and how possible getting down to my goal weight actually is. I don't know if I've ever felt so strong, athletic and confident in my life. The workouts are a mix of cardio and strength training geared to build muscle and lose weight effectively when paired with the meal plan. This 6 week challenge is an experience I would recommend to anyone that wants a healthier future for themselves. It's a short commitment that will make a positive impact on your lifestyle.

My favorite part is the stretching with the elastic bands at the end of my workout. I get to wind down cool off and work on keeping my muscles flexible.. Since I started this program I have lost weight,toned up, learned how to eat better and make better food choices. I feel more confident and have more energy. I would tell anyone that is unsure that they should give the program a try they will come out feeling and looking better.

    This place is amazing! I was hesitant to purchase a trial boot camp since i am very out of shape…read moreafter having 2 kids and figured the classes would be more than I could handle. It turns out by the 3rd class I was able to do things I never thought I could do. I am one of those people who sign up for a gym go once, maybe twice per week for awhile. After about a month of that I end up quitting because I am bored and keep thinking of other things that I should be getting done. I didn't put much effort into my workouts. But once I walked into Out of Body Fitness all of that changed. The staff is highly knowledgable with all aspects of fitness. Edgar and Tammy are truly AMAZING! I have been going for a couple of weeks and the changes I am seeing in myself are something I never thought possible. There are many people who say they are personal trainers but have little to no education as a trainer. That is not the case at Out of Body Fitness. These people are highly educated in the fitness field and know what works to take you from whatever level you are at physically and make you stronger, leaner, and healthier. I just wish I didn't waste all of those years at the gym and would of found them sooner. I love that they constantly change my exercises and are able to push me to the next level which is what shocks me the most. I walk out of there feeling so much stronger and healthier. I would encourage anyone who wants to see results quickly to go there.
