In the evenings, the water is often empty, which may seem small but is not in line with the standard one would expect from a "luxury" facility - especially one that includes a sauna. Additionally, my boyfriend has experienced similar issues in the men's locker room, including a lack of available towels. These recurring issues detract from the overall experience. My functional medicine appointment was a positive experience. Rebecca provided a thoughtful and comprehensive review of my bloodwork along with actionable recommendations. However, the follow-up experience has been frustrating. When I reach out through the patient portal with questions, the responses tend to focus on promoting additional memberships rather than addressing my specific concerns. For example, when I recently inquired about peptides, I was directed toward a peptide membership rather than receiving straightforward guidance. I prefer a model where I can pay for services as needed, without the pressure to enroll in ongoing memberships. Sarah gives great recommendations that enhances your natural beauty and that is what I love about her work. This new facility has everything you can dream of: cold plunges, IV drips, massages, body treatments, oxygen tanks and much more. They even have a meditation room for sound baths! Their sauna was still under construction when I stopped by to see Sarah last week but I'm excited to try all their amenities in the near future. Having visited Spa Castle as well as King Spa recently, you can definitely tell which one was…read morerecently renovated. King Spa facilities were more dated & felt less refined. There are laminated signs everywhere with instructions & rules everywhere. Many of the jets in the pool were broken & the steam room was out of order. However, the facilities were very well kept, they were constantly cleaning. There's a wide selection of food & a ton of seating. I like that there's a movie theater room. And the price is $25 cheaper than Spa Castle. I still enjoyed myself. Two tips: 1) Save $8 by going to Super Komart just down the street & buying a pass for just $42 if you pay in cash. 2) Bring socks! The floors of several of the sauna rooms are very hot. Shoes are not allowed but socks are. You should also bring your own towel for the water park. The complimentary ones are hand towels.
