Shu is amazing! I have been going to her for a few years now. I look forward to my monthly 90…read moreminute massages with her. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. It is in an office building but it's not noisy at all. She has a location in the back so you forget offices are around you. She always asks if I want her to focus on any particular areas and actually does that. Shu also offers different techniques so just ask. Honestly, its more quiet than most spas I have been too. You don't hear people talking in other rooms or walking down a hallway. As for the massage, the pressure is perfect for me. If she needs to go deeper, she does. If a place is more sensitive she is cautious of it. She really listens to your feedback. I enjoy the hot towels and heating pads. Another thing I have been impressed with is how she handled COVID. She keeps a very clean room. Its only you at your appointment time which makes me feel comfortable. She is very cautious for her clients health. Which I appreciate. In short, if you are looking for a great massage I highly recommend Ohana Healing Arts.

My favorite massage therapist Deanna is one of the owners. I have been a client of Deanna's for the last five years and she has been an absolute godsend. My pain management has been excellent since I began seeing her for massage therapy. Deanna offers more than just your standard Swedish massage. She will incorporate techniques that she feels are the most beneficial for you as a client. The space itself is beautiful. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by your therapist and also by the calming and relaxing atmosphere. I like to call it my happy place. There are two rooms for massage and there is no double booking or overlap. If your appointment is at 5, you will be seen at 5. For newbies, come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and have a consultation with your therapist. This spa is very tech savvy, which I love. You will be offered an opportunity to rebook before you leave and you even have the option of receiving email reminders of your appointment. I also love the fact that I can receive my receipt digitally via text message or email. Now that you know the drill, go check out Ascension Wellness Center. Tell Deanna I sent you and you can thank me later.

His trap and neck technique is by far the best in Dallas. Massages with Timmy are pretty vital towards managing my stress and anxiety. Like another reviewer said - I always prefer to have a massage with him before or after a vacation since he's so reliably great as opposed to testing out spas etc where you're just a one off visit.
