He didn't say that they would bring beef out or whether we would like to use seafood/pork instead. They totally ignored us!! After 15 mins of waiting in hunger, my boyfriend took the bowl to the reception area and nicely asked them AGAIN!. The chief came out with the most rude attitude I've ever seen. Instead of giving us any apologies, he said: "WHAT DO YOU WANT? COOK AGAIN?". That's damn ill-mannered! We were so angry, my friend demanded the money back for his bowl because it is ridiculous to pay $12 for only soup & vegetable in a Korean restaurant!
