They were able to make an appointment quickly (the next day!) and showed up on time. They were efficient and the price they quoted is what they charged (no attempt at upselling or attempts to change the quote once they saw the items). I appreciate the honesty and the fact they even offered to sweep up after they loaded the truck (I declined-but the offer was still appreciated). We are currently getting things gathered for another pick up and will 100% use this company again!

There are a lot of options for junk pickup but we used Martin 5 Hauling and we're beyond satisfied…read more First, When I requested bids from places, based on pictures I'd posted, this was the only company that was able to give me a firm price instead of just an estimate. On top of that, they were one of cheapest and responded right away. And they were extremely professional. They were also available the following morning which was perfect. After the junk removal was scheduled, they even sent an invoice/receipt and a very professional message, explaining everything the price included (gas, removal, disposal, & disposal fee). They also were about 30 min behind schedule because the first job took longer, but they kept in touch & communicated right away. Lastly, it was impressive how quickly they removed all our junk and they were able to take everything we wanted removed. They were friendly and got straight to work, and even cleaned up the debris surrounding our junk pile. They definitely earned our business for any future junk removals & I would highly recommend them for anyone needing furniture and/or junk removal. I had researched a lot of companies for this job, but they stood out most & did an excellent job. -cheapest rates -punctual -communicated well -quick responses -professional -friendly -convenient -honest -worked quickly -took everything -cleaned up mess afterwards Thank you Martin 5 Hauling!!
