I selected "any barber" because I wanted the fastest available slot. I arrived at 2:25 because I didn't want to be late and needed to be out of there as soon as possible. Right at 2:30 one of the barbers asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. He pointed to a female barber in the corner and said I'd be with her. I had just watched someone sit down in her chair, so I mentioned it. He then went over and asked her how long she'd be, which confirmed I was looking at at least another 30-minute wait. The way it was handled made it seem like this wasn't unusual. After I canceled my appointment, I got a quick, half-hearted "sorry about that." Honestly, if there had been more sincerity in the apology or any sense that the mistake was being owned, I probably wouldn't have written this. But with 15 minutes left before my new appointment at my usual shop, I figured I'd take a minute to share the experience. What's the point of making an appointment if you're going to wait as long as a walk-in? Not sure if this will help anyone, but it was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. I know quite a few people who go here, and I've always wanted to like the place, but it just doesn't quite hit the mark for me.

Where men can feel handsome and get away from the drama of their everyday life either from work or from their partners! This is my first time in this barber shop which when I walked in with my neighbor he comes here now to get his haircut. Which really made me feel like I need to grown my hair or stop using a blade myself and let them cut my hair moving forward. I've met the owner Chris which is a really nice dude and he shared his experience as a barber. Which I am going to collaborate with him and help him market his business which is a blessing. He's has a ps5, pool table, and arcade with a large speaker where it bumps and you can feel the bass. He has 2 tvs up while one play music! This was a really fun experience and it allowed me ignite a fire from within. Which I've been missing for years. I highly recommend if you want your hair cut fellas to come here and it's an amazing time. Fridays and Saturdays it becomes a lounge so keep your feet up and allow professionals to do your hair. I guess I can understand that because most barbers have that problem. But what happened today was the most egregious thing that I have ever encountered at a barbershop. My appointment was at 2 o'clock. I sat down in the chair and Chris told me he needs about five minutes. I didn't think much of it. I went outside to make a phone call. When I went back inside, they were having a team meeting inside the barbershop. This meeting lasted for over 45 minutes. I lost my mind. Why didn't he postpone the team meeting with the barbers until after my haircut? That would have been the courteous thing to do. But no, he expected me to wait for nearly an hour. As if I had nothing to do all day, but to wait until him and his other moron barbers have a meeting during my scheduled appointment!!! I've never encountered something so disrespectful. Chris has no respect for your time. When I got back in the chair, he tried to cover it up with some nonsense small talk. By that time, I was furious. Chris is also very forgetful. I had to remind him to not do certain things on my hair, but he would still forget. Despite all of these shenanigans and extreme disrespect by Chris, I still paid him and provided a tip. But that doesn't stop me from writing this review because I want others to know that Chris is not the type of barber you want. He's never on time, he doesn't respect your time, and he's very forgetful. There are plenty of other barbers you can find. Do not go to Chris.
