No support for their loyal clients and close to impossible to get an actual human on the phone these days. Did not help me when I had a windshield replacement done under their policy that was totally mishandled. They left gaps in the windshield so it rains into the car, it rattles, they damages other parts of the car while installing and they told me I have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed or go back to the guy who did the bad job and have him "fix" it even though he's had my car for 6 months for a repair that should have been one week and he is not capable of doing this job correctly! Prior to that, merged into a lane at the same time as someone else and did not advocate for me and said "they had no skin in the game to fight for me" so I had to pay out of pocket for those repairs too. Now I have to pay over $500 for a new windshield because they won't have my back. I'm DONE. I cancelled all policies and moved to a different company. What is the point of having insurance that won't cover a job that is so badly done that it will RAIN INSIDE YOUR CAR???

After discussing the issues encountered with Patrick Best, the principal of BEST INSURANCE, his…read moreresponse was to blow me off and follow up by contacting my employer, with the expressed intent to try to get me fired for voicing a legitimate concern regarding the use of an address for underwriting an automobile insurance policy at which the insured mutual customers DO NOT currently reside. In spite of my attempts to explain the adverse ramifications, with respect to our mutual customers being disqualified for a $1,500 rebate associated with their automobile transaction, Patrick Best's response was to recommended that all of the automobile transaction documents be redone with the new address where the customers are moving to, not realizing that the rebate is whole contingent on use of their current address, where the other automobile is registered and justifies a "conquest rebate" being used in the transaction. No amount of detailed explanation would be accepted by Patrick Best. Now, I am forced to contract an attorney to pursue legal action against Mr. Best for his overt attempts to undermine my current employment. So, if is the type of person you want to use for insurance or financial products purchases, you have been forewarned. As they say: "To be forewarned is to be forearmed." Since when would any insurance agent want to animatedly stick to not changing something, when they have made an error?
