At the time of purchase I was ensured coverage for the specific event should it ever occur, as that was my main concern of the policy. Having taking my agents word as the truth, and being reassured I was in good hands and professional service I purchased the policy. Cameron group and its underwriter are far from professional. They don't like to return phone calls, or remain in contact once they are called upon for a claim. The took the liberty to inform my client the claim was being denied prior to informing me, absolutely disgusting of them! Upon informing them of my disgust I was hung up on multiple times. The BBB has been notified, as well as future proceedings of small claims court. Just stay away from the Cameron Group. No stars, it makes you pick 1 minimum.

I walked in about 30 minutes before closing on a weekday, told them what I needed at the check-in counter, filled out a form, had a passport-style photo taken, and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Amazing. The facility is large and clean, with a waiting area. They also handle DMV-type services, and you can tell that part of the operation can get frustrating for some customers -- there were signs all over the check-in area asking people to be respectful and not harass the employees. For my visit and transaction though, everything was smooth and extremely pleasant. They take credit cards and there's plenty of parking in the lot.

As I will not drive with an expired license I started searching for an alternative DMV location where I could renew my license. After checking numerous other offices I was able to secure an appointment at the DMV Nanuet office for the very next day with a drive of only 35 minutes from my home. The Nanuet AAA DMV office is located in Rockland Plaza which has lots of parking space. The office is very modern, spacious and well organized. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and my license was quickly renewed in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
