Good question....because it seems to have nothing whatsoever to do with any quote! Nearly every other insurance broker I called was able to reply with a price quote in about an hour at most, if not immediately. Not this place, which promised to get back to me before the end of the afternoon with a couple of quotes and policy options--after being informed that my need for the quote was quite urgent. But as it turned out, I NEVER heard back from Allen & Allen's agent that day, the next day, or anytime after...despite my providing a litany of very personal, private information that was apparently taken by this firm under totally false pretense. Frankly, I'm very concerned and disgusted about this privacy breach, and feel extremely violated!
