Then they charged late fees double the increase price and put locks on storage units and blocked you from entry by deactivating your entrance code without ever informing you. No one is ever there on site, No one ever answers the phone now and the recording says we are on another call or out of the office. BULL S. 3 weeks later and the locks are still on the units even after the increases were paid. No one returns or answers the phone. Now the mailbox is full and you can't even leave a message, its a endless loop telling you to leave a message but you can't. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could give a 0 or a negative number I would. Leanna Chapman is the most unprofessional office manager I have ever come across. This family owned business should be shut down due to her lack of professionalism and failure to be honest with customers. The amount of times she has been caught in a lie in just single conversation between two people is unbelievable. Then when confronted she acts like she doesn't know what is being spoke upon . Leanna verbally denied being told that there was a MICE issue in the unit I had been renting. When I personally told her staff. I have also spoke with other customers having to deal with the same issues when it comes to Leanna's lack of professionalism . Then she verbally lied and stated that payments were received late when that couldn't be possible when the payments are automatically withdrawn from a credit card . When asked for the records she denied she could even provide them to occupant on lease . She later recanted and ADMITTED the knowing about mice issue on the grounds . Now that I have spoken up with extreme frustration due to the unit being infested I am being sent a 30 day vacate . Very unsettling that after a YEAR nothing was an issue only once I started speaking up about the facilities being nasty and speaking to other customers that also noticed mice feces as well. When it came time for moving day we paid for a U-Haul and paid movers to move our belongings to our new home. When they showed up asphalt was being poured right in front of our unit. We were told there were signs posted as a warning. The signs posted said the weekend before. We paid all of that for nothing with no money back. When we were finally able to move our belongings we found several mice and nests mice have made. This was utterly disgusting and ruined my sons toys, stuffed animals, and a leather couch. We contacted the property manager about this situation with mice and were told there was nothing to be done because we didn't get insurance. Absolutely disgusted with this facility. We put mice traps in our newly built home due to some of our belongings in the garage from the unit and our trap have caught mice. We may now be infested at our new home. This is a warning to anyone looking to store their belongings to never consider this place. Completely unprofessional and no compensation for our belongings or the U-Haul and movers we paid for.

Initially, I wanted to rent a 12-foot pod and received an order confirmation for that size, but the only available units for rental were actually 16-foot sizes. My price was adjusted accordingly based on my initial confirmation. I had hired movers to help me and needed the pod to arrive beforehand. The schedule that I received from PODS stated the pod would arrive anywhere from 12:15 and 3:15 PM, which perfectly aligned with the time I scheduled my movers. However, as the afternoon progressed, the estimated arrival window was pushed back to 1:45 to 4:45 PM, with the POD ultimately arriving near 4 pm. During an already stressful time, I expected the estimates provided by PODS to be accurate and trustworthy. When I called the numbers listed on their website for assistance, an automated message explained that while these timelines are estimates, they can and likely will change. The POD arrived about 30 minutes after my movers, and it was picked up a few days later. Karl was the driver and was friendly and courteous. While using the POD itself was easy and helpful for my move, the logistics of ordering and receiving the POD significantly detracted from my overall experience.

Moving is very stressful for me, but PODS made the process predictable. I liked that PODS had the tech so that I could follow my POD on its move. It was reassuring to me.
