I used Dalton Environmental Cleaning in June 2021and they did a good job of cleaning heating and cooling ducts in my home; however, I encountered damage to my duct work caused by Dalton and tried on numerous times via phone calls, emails and sending photos of damage. They completely ignored my request to return to my home. I would not use this firm to clean ducts. I do not understand how the appliance doctor on WJR recommends this group. read more

Professional, courteous, and job well done. Pricing was competitive, but not necessarily the cheapest. Regardless, the great customer service from Kelly when I called for a quote sold me on this company. The techs (Jim and Jimmy) were thorough in their work and explaining the job as they were performing it. The primary reason I needed service was that my dryer vent was clogged. I watched them clean that and wow, I definitely got my money's worth. I did a test load of laundry afterwards and my dryer hasn't worked that well in years. We had our ducts cleaned on Saturday. Jim and Jimmy were wonderful! I noticed a difference right away. Our house smells better, I am no longer coughing for an hour in the morning-I haven't had to dust the furniture yet (I could dust every single day before the cleaning). We had Jim and Jimmy out today to clean our duct work on a hundred year old home in Ann Arbor. They are AMAZING! We had been told in the past when we tried to get this done by other companies that they could not do our old vents..very small openings with nonremovable covers. That is not the case with this company. Because of our scepticism, the owner,Kurt Presley, came out to confirm that they could in fact clean our duct work and this helped in our decision to use them. We saw before and after pictures and what they accomplished was exceptional. These young men were very careful to cover everything they could and then cleaned up completely before they left. They were also very personable and professional. I have already referred them to someone since they left and would highly recommend them to everyone!
