We hired Dallas Supreme Remodeling to complete a renovation in multiple areas of our home. The owner, Johnny, had a great vision for how to execute our vision and we were not disappointed with the results. Johnny is thorough and follows through to make sure projects are completed correctly. His crew is friendly and does quality work. We did a complete gut of our kitchen, all new tile floors throughout the house, master closet custom shelving, built-ins for our dining area, new fireplace, and moved our laundry to the garage, and converted our garage into a living space. It has been 6 months since our projects were completed and we are so happy and loving our remodel! The owner was also fantastic about coming back to stand by his work when we had to repair something that came up unexpectedly. We appreciate it so much. We just completed our kitchen renovation with Supreme remodelling and had a great experience. Even though initially I was very nervous and honestly, dreading it. The thought of removing 2 walls and changing the layout of the kitchen and dining room was scary. To add to the nerves we had bad previous bad experience with a contractor on a much smaller job last year. From the start I found the team at Supreme to be very genuine. The pricing of the project and timeline was very clear and concise. During the project the team were constantly in communication with us and we also saw them regularly on site as the work was being done. By the end we finished on budget and on time. Which makes them the unicorn of contractors. I'm really happy with the finished project, but also with the way the project was managed throughout. Gave them 3 times to correct their rookie mistakes, things still were not done right. Employees have an attitude. Project manager is all nice and tells you what you wanna hear until they take your money. The owner promised to fix things because he cared about the reputation of his company but we heard no word from him after we paid in full for their poor performance. By far the worst company I worked with while remodeling my home. Unlevel tiles. Uneven grout. Tiles cut around door trim instead of being placed under. Tiles that did not meet the trim. Total nightmare... since I can not respond to their comment below. I'd like to add he did come and speak to my husband about fixing the work himself to make sure it was done correctly, that quickly turned into he will send his best worker, then that turned into he was putting together a crew. (A week later with no correspondence). Always a twist and spin on the story. We had to replace over half the vinyl flooring in my room which his 10% discount on the third incriminate barly covers, does not even help with the labor either.(Which i got done by another company and it looks great now) Not to mention all the tiles I will still need to replace, due to them being unlevel and grouted all different sizes, not to mention the price to hire a new crew because they are not welcome to come back. Not to mention that instead of fixing the floor that had a lip in the slide together flooring properly by pulling them out and resliding them back together. He sent someone to simply cut out the mistake and glue a new piece in the hole cause multiple gaps in the area of what is supposed to be waterproof flooring, that looked worse than the original mistake. Not to mention when they did this my very expensive bed frame was damaged by him cutting out the board and jamming it into my bed instead of sliding it over. Also, there was one other crew working in a totally different part of the house that they made a big issue about. Let their flooring guy come ripping up my painters taping and plastic without asking. Although it was not even the room he needed to be working in. Originally agreed to work with me room to room while I moved my furniture, after the first payment was made that all changed to I need to have all the furniture moved out of the house. read more
