I paid $350 deposit for an online tax prep meeting so I will have to dispute charge with my credit card to get my money back! Stay away! Edit: Taxlana returned my $350 deposit. I did not get my taxes done by them so I cannot comment on that. But the experience of not being able to reach this company by phone or other and the location listed is not legit. But I cannot give a review positive or negative on the quality of tax prep by this company.

If he's THAT busy, than I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. He makes me upload sensitive documents to a website that is "secure". I already felt uneasy about it, but I trusted Leroy. Now, the IRS is coming to me about my taxes bc HE made a mistake. But of course, I can't call or meet him in person bc he's "very busy". I'm not going to text this whole situation over the phone and then wait for a response. I'd rather talk over the phone or in person to get it over and done with. When I first came to Leory, he was polite and nice. Overtime, he became rude. Take extra caution choosing Leroy as your tax accountant.
