Frankie P. was our driver and he double checked the drop off location and helped answer all of our questions. He took the car to the dealership and dropped the key in the box, we didn't even have to follow behind. Above all else, they were extremely quick and we received service within 30 minutes of calling. I would highly recommend them if you ever need a tow!

Dan came out and immediately recognized the need for a specific type of truck to promptly and safely transport the car. He made arrangements quickly, talking the situation over with the shop owner to coordinate. Robert arrived shortly thereafter, and he was absolutely incredible. He arrived promptly, moved the car seamlessly and quickly, and made sure to coordinate with everyone on site. However, he also brought tremendously bright energy to what was otherwise a headache of a situation. Thanks to both Robert and Dan for their amazing work today. I will be taking action against you and your LLC on 06.17.26 i asked dirty hands on wheels if he could repair my car. he said sure. I asked if he has done this type of work, he said yes. the alternator was needing to be replaced. day 1 it took 5.5 hours to have my alternator removed however it was removed. I took the alternator to have it rebuilt day 2 it took 5 hours. dirty hands on wheels was running behind and was bringing a little one. I said no problem. I can understand. the baby was crying which I totally understand. Today the alternator was installed however i wondered how the mechanic was going to be able to focus on putting my car back together and keep an eye on his toddler. there was an incident at the location of where my car broke down. it was the feds arresting an employee. during this intense altercation instead of the mechanic working and focusing on my car he runs towards the altercation involving the feds. once he saw their guns he came back towards my car. finally he said he needed to put his child to bed. I was very understanding and said ok. Granted my car has not been put back together. Day 3. he still working on my car and putting the serpentine belt back on. So the mechanic kind of just sat there at my car looking under the hood. all this time I'm thinking is every thing OK. finally I saw the mechanic putting up his tools but my car is NOT repaired. He meaning the owner of Dirty Hands on Wheels stated that he could NOT finish the job. He wasn't able to put the serpentine belt on. i was very upset it comes to find out that Dirty Hands on Wheels LLC was in over his head. he took apart a lot of things that didn't need to be removed being the oil filter and didn't put the radiator fan back in place. the actual radiator had dents in it from trying to remove the alternator I was unable to find any mechanic that was willing to come behind the sloppy work performed by. Dirty Hands on Wheels this mechanic damaged my vehicle. he definitely didn't have the correct tools for the serpentine belt. After dealing with this I sold my car bc I couldn't find a mechanic willing to touch my car after this so called mechanic totally messed up my car. I wish he had NEVER touched my car

My son had a $ 1000.00 pair of shoes in his back seat and they also locked my sons keys in the car. My friend just was in a wreck and her car got towed there as well and she witnessed the same treatment as we did. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I will continue every time to post my thoughts with this company till I can't no longer text. Do yourself a favor. If in a wreck and you need towed please pick another tow service at least with others you will be able to easily get your things and move on without issues. When one has to call the IRS and BBB on a business you know it's BAD!

Could not believe my bad luck with the screw. I was panicked. What in the world was I going to do? Thankfully, my friend suggested that I take my car to Westside 66. I actually looked at him like he was crazy because it was a Sunday afternoon. He assured me they were still open. I have to confess that I did not entirely believe him. LOL. He said, "They can fix it in 10 minutes and it will cost you about $16." Yeah, right. So I headed Westside 66 and kept my fingers crossed. The cashier told me to pull around back and they would look at the tire. Honestly, within ten minutes... the tire was fixed and it cost $16. I could not believe my good luck on finding this place. The mechanic who worked on my tire was nice, professional and he knew exactly what to do to get me fixed. He did not waste time with small talk and he got me right on my way. The cashier was very nice and courteous. She, too, was professional and very helpful. I appreciate her guidance. I asked her if they had been busy and she said it was a slow day for them. It was hard to believe it was a slow work day because both bays were filled and other cars were lined up for service. I will definitely go back to this station for service. I had counted on being there for hours but it was quick, efficient, professional service. WOW. Still cannot believe my luck with this wonderful shop.

Very impressed with the Dales Tow Service. My car wasn't starting at Target and Eric came to save the day. He tested my battery and tried to start it with his jumper cables to see if it would even start, trying to ease my worries to see if it was just my battery - which I appreciated. Eric is very customer service oriented, informative, and just a pleasant person to be around. He made the situation seamless and really took a lot of stress off of an already stressful situation. Incredibly impressed with the tow service I received from Dale's last night. Eric was personable and extremely responsive. I was given a conservative wait time and Eric showed up within 20 minutes. The whole service from start to finish was under an hour. I totally forgot how frustrated the situation was due to the service I received.
