Frankie P. was our driver and he double checked the drop off location and helped answer all of our questions. I cannot rave enough about the service provided by Almighty Tow. My car needed to be towed into a repair shop, but it was a tough job, as the front wheels were locked. Dan came out and immediately recognized the need for a specific type of truck to promptly and safely transport the car. He made arrangements quickly, talking the situation over with the shop owner to coordinate. Robert arrived shortly thereafter, and he was absolutely incredible. He arrived promptly, moved the car seamlessly and quickly, and made sure to coordinate with everyone on site. As a AAA member, I've encountered Almighty Tow Service multiple times for roadside assistance. Although prior encounters with them have been fine, my encounter with Mike G. today prompted me to write this review. I'd been having a recurring issue with my battery dying despite it showing fine on the meter. Being a mechanic, Mike explained that due to my vehicle being newer, it tends to draw more accessory power when parked versus older models of vehicles. He recommended a deep cycle battery, which I purchased, and I haven't had any problems since then. Mike's knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to educate a customer helped me solve the problem for good versus just giving me a jump like others had done. The service on the phone when I called was great, the young woman told me what to expect, that the driver would likely leave in under 30 minutes, then call me about 10 minutes out, and exactly those things happened. Will, the driver, was great. He was easy to work with, friendly, and efficient. We directed him to the vehicle, and boom less than 5 minutes later we're back in business. I called them to change a tire. They told me it would be 15 minutes and the guy was finishing with someone else and would be on the way. I was on the side of 435 in the heat. 45 minutes later I called again. Said they would be there in 20 minutes because a guy was finishing up with someone else. I told them they said that before and he still hadn't showed up. Called someone else. They were there in 15 minutes, changed my tire, and I was on the road. Almighty never showed up! Theyre fine if there isnt a flake of snow. Called at 10 a.m promised 830 pm then 15-20 minutes then 930. We called the driver and he refused to pick up his phone, then picked it up for three seconds before hanging it up. No one was any help. They are a contractor with AAA. Someone lost their tire on the highway and unfortunately I found it. I was on 435E and cars where going by at 80mph not getting over. Bronco came to the rescue! My daughter showed up shortly after he had my car ready to tow and he took the time to make sure I got in to her car safely! He was very nice and helped to make me feel safe. I needed someone to tow a classic 1950 Special Deluxe to the shop and then DMV for an inspection since it was not quite road ready. Almighty Tow took care of it and went out of their way to make it painless, fast and easy. The tow was fine, but I'll never call Almighty. And, remarkably, they blocked my car into place, requiring the towing (!) of two cars for me to get out. These cars had to be towed into place to block me in as they weren't driveable cars. Just hard to imagine that kind of disregard. But even that isn't my beef. Just check your bill when you get checked out. You'll see that if your car is on the lot for 62 hours (as it was in my case) you'll be charged for 4 days of storage. That works out to a little over 2 and a half days, but they charge for "calendar dates." You will be charged "one day" for any period of time before midnight the day of arrival then after midnight the day you take the car! I could understand them charging per day "or portion thereof," but this is simple gouging. You can see why I'm not a fan. read more

My car was towed by Almighty tow this past weekend after an accident. I went to obtain my belongings from the car today, my first impression of the office was that it was a bit strange that their office is in the same office as Maaco, and there is nothing directing you to the correct desk. The woman at the desk had no document of my car being at their lot, but another employee walking through confirmed it was in the lot. She sent me around back alone, and without keys (which at this point I had requested). My car was unlocked, window rolled down and absolutely drenched since it had been raining throughout the night. I again requested my keys from another employee working in the shop and he told me I had to walk back around to the front. At that time, the woman told me she did not have my keys and the police probably still had them. I explained that I witnessed the passing off of keys. She called someone, and after several minutes explained that the person who towed my car still had my keys (2 days later)! I requested that I have some plastic to cover the window, it was going to rain again but she assured me he was on the way with the keys. I'm sure my car is still sitting there with the window down in the rain:-( Very unorganized and disinterested in doing the right thing for the customer. read more

I called for a flat bed tow truck and was told it would take about an hour and a half. Given it was rush hour, I wasn't surprised. After an hour and a half, I called the driver (Joe) back asking if he was close. I was told fifteen minutes. After another forty-five minutes passed, the driver stopped answering my calls so I called dispatch directly...who told me my tow request had been canceled. After more than two and a half hours of waiting, I was stuck by the side of the road and forced to call another company. BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER. I am passing through from California. My starter went out, and between my husband and I, we could not push my car fast enough in the parking lot to roll start it.
