Towed our car in the middle of the night despite us having paid for a new registration. A cancer to the community they live in.

This company deserves a negative star. They illegally towed my vehicle from my apartment complex where I live at in the middle of the night and then proceeded to lie to the police about the reason for the tow. Completely unprofessional and basically theft. This is a scam place and they will take advantage of you!!! Please do NOT go here or use their services. This place HAS GOT to be shutdown. Illegal practices and leaving innocent people without transportation while forcing you to pay to get your car back. Absolutely foul. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! read more

The lady who answered the phone when my boyfriend called, called him insulting names (like idiot, moron, he didn't know what he was talking about) then hung up on him and blocked his number. Just downright rude and impossible to get a hold of. read more

Quoted a price to tow my car. Used google maps to determine mileage. Accepted price and then the bait and switch occurred. Mike claimed the mileage was off and increased my tow approx $40. Let's just take advantage of people AFTER the job is done. Unprofessional and shady. read more

They took my legally parked car and were EXTREMELY rude when I went to get it back. I'm disabled and can't work and they showed not an ounce of sympathy taking all the money to my name. Their practices may be legal but they're highly unethical. read more

Front desk lady should be absolutely ashamed of herself. She was the most disrespectful, embarrassing, ill-mannered person I have come across in quite a long time. Simply put, she is on a power trip and enjoys taking other people's money while making them even more miserable. What is already a frustrating experience is made a 100 times worse by someone that has decided to take her anger out on everyone else. Lucas Towing helped get someone's car out of a ditch this morning after another towing company tried once and failed to do so. Lucas Towing found an effective way to remove the car, brought it to the side of the road, helped us change the tire, then aired up the spare. I have never felt so safe on the side of the road. It's unfortunate you can't give ZERO Stars!!! Lucas Towing​ (aka Knights Towing)​ is a dishonest and disrespectful company. They essentially stole my vehicle when parked at my daughter's apartment. I was dropping off some dinner and inside less than 15 minutes. Full transparency I was parked illegally but the driver took my car so quickly that he didn't take time to secure my car and had to stop around the corner to secure it. A total scam!!! When I confronted the driver​ (James)​ he was completely rude and disrespectful and truly dishonest. ​DO NOT do business with this company. terrible tow service they took my car from my property with out warning and then charged me $253 to get it back just sad

Driver charged us an extra fee for moving our truck out of our driveway to tow. No different than in a parking spot in a parking lot. No extra work or equipment required. All just to get a few extra bucks. And when we called dispatch they just kept saying "well I wasn't there, I just have to go off what the driver said" even though we have video of it on our security cameras. My fiancé is a former tow truck operator and said this is not good practice to retain customers. We will not be using this service again, and as a former operator he gets lots of questions about referrals, and we will no longer refer friends or family here either. read more

This company is the absolute most corrupt, unethical, self-serving, towing company around. They troll apartment complexes for $$ when they need a fast buck....SLOW NIGHT? BILLS TO PAY? No PRobLem......go tow a car, without any notice, without timing how long its been there; just make a fast $200 (!) for less than 24 hours......UR company should be ashamed ~ but that would require a soul...and UR company and thus employees have no soul.
