I cannot say enough wonderful things about Obvious Choice Catering and the owner, Donna!…read more Donna catered a large corporate event for us with approximately 300 guests, and then turned around the very next day and catered another corporate event for about 50 people. She and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Donna was professional, organized, accommodating, and such a pleasure to work with. She handled every detail beautifully and made both events feel effortless. And the food was phenomenal! We received so many compliments, with people saying it was some of the best catered food they had ever tasted. But it wasn't just delicious -- the presentation was truly a work of art. Every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and impressive. It takes a special level of talent and professionalism to flawlessly execute an event for 300 people and then do it all over again the very next day. Donna exceeded our expectations in every way. The name really does say it all -- Obvious Choice Catering is the obvious choice! We would absolutely use Donna and her team again and recommend them without hesitation.

A must-visit restaurant in Manteca!…read more Besitos Fine Cuisine has been one of my favorite local spots for years! Back when I worked for the City of Manteca, they frequently catered our events, and the food was always something to look forward to. My coworkers and I also made it a tradition to visit the restaurant about once a month for breakfast or brunch, and it never disappointed! The food is absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of options to choose from. You can tell there's real care and attention put into what they serve. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Now, I'll admit, it's definitely on the pricier side, but in my experience, the quality of the food, the selection, and the wonderful service make it worth every penny. I love supporting local businesses that consistently deliver great experiences, and Besitos is one of those places I genuinely enjoy recommending. Whether you're a Manteca local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or brunch. Definitely a local gem worth visiting!

We wouldn't have come here if we knew that, considering there is mimosas in the pictures. Other than that, cute place if you don't mind serving yourself, including water and lemonade. The staff was super nice but the food was mediocre. The biscuit was really dry and a tad hard. The sausage is Italian Sausage and it seemed pink in the middle. The gravy has sage in it. Lots and lots of flies, even with the fans. We wouldn't go back.

The side dishes and sauces were beautifully displayed on a table to the side of where they set up with all the fixings and various spice levels of salsas (mild verde, medium creamy orange sauce, and hot red salsa - all delicious). There was a ridiculously large amount of rice and beans as well. Tortillas were freshly warmed on the griddle before they assembled each taco for our guests, which made for a delicious taco meal. Communication was consistently prompt, clear, and friendly all across the board from emails with booking details to calls for morning-of arrival and setup. That crew is on top of their game.
