They told me a month. I followed up every month through December asking about what the delay was, where they told me that Invisalign just hadn't made the trays yet. I called that day because I was not sure my trays would be in. They said they were. At my 3:00 appointment I was not only seen a half hour late but they didn't have my trays! There has been no reimbursement or attempt to make it right. The practice is sloppy, and care for customer is zero if not negative. Again I paid in full and my insurance was fully charged. At this point, going to another practice would be a pain since I would have to reverse my insurance and I already selected a different dental plan. This is not cheap, and it's been a half year delay. Horrible practice, do not recommend or support. I will be leaving immediately and I advise anyone else to stay far away. I am incredibly disappointed and angry. If they do attempt to make this right in any way (they expedited the delivery, but that's laughable as an acceptable solution given it's been a half year), I will update this review.
