Long story short, Bobby came out, checked and tested everything and determined that the problem was a partially frozen system. He spent about a half hour tinkering and got everything working again. When finished I asked him how much we owed him and he didn't want anything for what he did. Although that was extremely nice, we insisted that we pay him something for his time. My wife and I are extremely happy with the overall experience. You don't run into many such generous and kind people these days. Highly recommend!!!
