The resort is attached to a casino, which makes it a great all-in-one destination whether you're there for entertainment, a getaway, or work. It also has conference room space, making it ideal for events or business stays. On-site amenities were a big plus; having a Tim Hortons right there is always convenient, and the restaurant offers gluten-free options, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere of the resort felt modern and welcoming. The only downside was that the walls are quite thin; you can hear a fair bit from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which took away a bit from the overall comfort. That said, it's still a great, convenient place to stay with lots of amenities in one spot. I'd definitely consider staying again, especially for the ease and accessibility it offers.

When we got to the room there was a complimentary bathrobe, slippers, drinks and freshly baked cookies. The room was spotless clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. They have super wifi and offer a code to get the premium wifi at no charge. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Everything was kept fresh, filled and hot if necessary. There were eggs, pork sausage and pancakes. Everything was delicious. Very nice place to stay.

Contacted staff but was indifferent to the concern and didn't even try to investigate but only deflect to offer drinks to make it go away. Something is going on in this location. Might be an operation to steal guesses valuables. They were suppose to check the entry-read on the room to check who access it but didn't. Lock your luggages. I wouldn't trust the lockbox either. As a note I didn't take any of their offers of free drinks, breakfast or Bonvoy Points. It's a matter of principle of what was taken from us. Someone is taking advantage of guests here for sure. Beware Update: So the GM Tyler Nogier decided to contact me about the incident and basically called me a liar about my claims. For a leader employee in a hospitality industry, he was not at all professional. Raising his voice to say what I'm saying is false. Then accuse me of being combative when he himself started to raise his voice first. I had to remind him of his position in the hospitality industry. And when I told him I would escalate it higher to corporate, he said he would escalate it too. Not even sure what that means. This is a pure form intimidation and retaliation that I was worried about and have told Marriott Corporate. And as to why I refrain to call the police when I was staying there. This Marriott employee has a fragile ego. And it shows what type of culture this location has under this leadership. This is the same attitude and treatment I got from some of the staff during my stay as well. I hope enough guests see this as they have shown me their true colors and people should know what to expect. Again beware

However the TV is hung rather stupid... why doesnt it face the bed?? Also the bathroom is very nice but has no tub. Which I hate! The bed however is comfy. Thats pretty much my main concern. The rooms are not cheap $$$ wise BUT I am pretty sure if I make a return trip I would stay here.
