To the people who pay $20-35 for concert tickets: please stop yelling, chattering, and regaling stories of your life throughout the entire set. Why the hell did you buy the tickets in the first place if you didn't come to listen to the show?

The reason I have reviewed this 3/5 and not 5/5 is because of the customer service and their VIP services. Every single time I get tickets to a concert whether it be on a VIP experience website or on their ticket site I always have problems except if I order through Ticketmaster. The problems include getting these tickets, the staff being uneducated in the concert going on and many other problems through the years I have went here. The VIP experience here was absolutely horrible compared to how other venues handle their VIP ticket holders. I waited outside forever waiting to get in, in -28 weather and then after actually getting in and meeting the band we were thrown out of the venue. That had stopped me from buying VIP tickets again because I had heard other people's stories on how they were handled the exact same way. All in all the quality of musical acts they get are fantastic and the venue is in great shape. The staff is usually nice, and I do plan on going back once they get another good band.
