I have spoken with the woman who is the co-owner on multiple occassions and all she does is laugh and say over and over "I don't know". They told me they would have to special order a zipper- months later my husband picks it up and they put a cheap plastic black zipper in it! And the zipper sticks up past the waistband at the top! They took my expensive skirt and made it look super cheap and charged me $22! I actually had to call them 3 months later to find out the skirt was ready- the girl said she couldn't read the name so she don't call! I'll have to go to a real seamstress to get another new zipper put in now!

After two weeks of them "looking" for them, they say, "Oh, you must not have brought them in,. Check your car" "Have her check her closet." This is BS. I bought the pants in August for over $70 and have only worn them once. And now they relinquish all responsibility because they have no "record" of them and it's not their fault. They never give out claim tickets for items dropped off so how would they know. Taking my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on.
