I have spoken with the woman who is the co-owner on multiple occassions and all she does is laugh and say over and over "I don't know". It looks like my shirts were washed, dried, and hung up on a hanger. There is no crease down the length of the sleeves indicating the shirts have actually been pressed. They are usually strong on quality but... Cons: ...seem to get challenged with shirts with french cuffs (the cuffs at times will have creases). They have also damaged buttons on some of my shirts where the button is thicker than the standard dress button. Overall, I take my chances with them and have learned to press shirts that may get damaged myself.
