He specifically pointed out to the person working the counter that the pants would have to be dry cleaned. When he picked up his cleaning, they couldn't find my pants. After two weeks of them "looking" for them, they say, "Oh, you must not have brought them in,. Check your car" "Have her check her closet." This is BS. I bought the pants in August for over $70 and have only worn them once. And now they relinquish all responsibility because they have no "record" of them and it's not their fault. They never give out claim tickets for items dropped off so how would they know. Taking my dry cleaning elsewhere from now on.

It took a week of airing the jackets out, putting them in the sun, and pointing fans at them before they were wearable. The leather jacket cost $45 and the polyester coat cost $15. I paid $60 to have my clothes cleaned, so I'd like them to be wearable when I get them back.
