Let's face it, nobody has time to dry clean everything and when a tag says "machine wash delicate, air dry", and I follow those directions, I expect it to be the same size and shape the next time I wear it. Sadly, more often than not, the tops shrink. Sizing up doesn't always work, as shrinkage isn't uniform or predictable. These clothes aren't cheap, so one expects better wear. Take ripped jeans for example, the more holes and rips they have the more expensive they are, and they have less fabric than a regular pair of jeans! The jeans also stretch out throughout the day. American Eagle has good help but needs to lower its prices a little bit. The styles of jeans are very good, but the prices tend to turn people the other directing.

She looked at me like it was a huge imposition and said, "You left something?" I said no, sorry, and repeated my request to help me find a certain perfume. She cut me off and said, "Then what do you need?" I asked again for the perfume I was looking for and asked if she could help me find it. She replied with an annoyed sigh, "No, I can't leave the counter"and turned away. My husband asked her, Well then is there someone who might be able to help find it? She replied with another annoyed sigh, "Ohhhh... yes, just a minute." She was clearly not happy to be asked to help and annoyed with the imposition of a customer.
