I questioned the billing and I was assured I would only be charged as an URGENT CARE patient. Instead of billing as an urgent care patient, they billed my insurance as EMERGENCY and I was stuck with a $2789.07 bill because of this. I have called every week and to date they still have not rebilled this to correct the billing error so I can be refunded. I have tried everything and cannot get anyone at this organization to do the correct thing.

So, I was blamed for my foot problem. Was told you can't even go barefooted in your own home. Was also blamed for other things. The center knows how to belittle people and make them feel bad. You don't tell a 71 year old he was wrong all his life for bare footedness, especially around the house. Also, there were only 2 patients with two podiatrists. I still had to wait 30 minutes in a small room. Also, scolded for something I didn't do pertaining to recovery and time duration of followup visit.

A week later after she was told it was found, Holly said she would call her back to check which lost and found it was put in. Never called back. My wife stayed there and couldn't sleep because the person sharing the room with her stayed up late working on jigsaw puzzles. My wife asked for pain meds and was never given to her the first day. Still waiting for a call to have my wife's sandal found. It's not a cheap sandal. Helps her with her plantar fasciitis. Let see how long it takes for them to call me back. I won't hold my breath.
