With these guys, it never seemed like it was just a job to them, THEY ACTUALLY CARE about you and what they do. And I love that. They have a imagining center onsite which prevents further commute to other locations for MRIs. My only and very small issue with this location is some of my administrative things sadly fell between the cracks here, which in part prolonged my case. I won't put sole blame on them as other parts in the matter did drop the ball as well in the regard. Overall I would recommend anyone to work with complete care for their rehab needs.

I was able to get an appointment in a short length of time with Dr. Austell, waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk and Dr. Austell's care team, were very accomodating and after Dr. Austell went over my records, I was set up for a procedure at Lake Mary Surgery Center. I arrived to my first appointment and was taken back to a room after filling out some paperwork for my initial evaluation. My physical therapist, Dr. Bastian, is a godsend. He was thorough in my initial evaluation and listened to my concerns intently and had a ton of helpful information to ease my mind about everything I am going through. I have had several sessions so far and every time I leave, I feel a bit more encouraged and confident. I trust that with his help and my hard work I will recover from this terrible injury. The last time I was there I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only one waiting; I saw a couple of patients leave after finishing their therapy. I saw the manager go in and out of her office, never acknowledging I was even there. The receptionist was nice, apologetic, tried to help, but I finally walked out. I worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I could not not have been less impressed. If you need PT, go somewhere else.

This facility and its therapists vastly exceeded my expectations. They are very patient, caring, and professional! They are flexible in scheduling.
