Absolutely love this studio!!!…read more I started with a 5 class package back in January and ultimately signed up for their unlimited monthly option after my 4th class having enjoyed my experience so much!! Jill and Gina, the current owners, have fostered an environment that is welcoming, supportive and focused on each individuals well being. The space is bright and airy and offers a varied class schedule. All yoga equipment is provided at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own. They offer virtual classes which provides flexibility and ensures in studio classes are never overwhelmed. Pricing is also reasonable with a variety of packages to choose from. Parking is never an issue with abundant street parking available. I've attended classes instructed by Jill, Gina, Heather, Christine, Theresa and Raman and highly recommend all of them!! I always leave each class feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend this studio!!!

I cannot recommend this studio enough. The team there is very knowledgeable and super quick to help me with adjustments, etc. to make sure that I can have a workout that is intense, but safe and balanced for me and my body. I'm never afraid to ask for adjustments or corrections on my form because the team here is so kind and encouraging. I look forward to my classes here every week and i highly recommend checking them out!

I want to preface this review by saying that I am still very much a beginner at reformer, and have taken 5 classes at the other C2 studio in Dedham and have always had a positive experience there. Being that I am relatively new, I'm very much happy to get pointers & corrections on my technique. However, my experience with Vania bordered on being singled out and almost embarrassed. When doing leg exercises & correcting me on my form, she made a comment about how my "inner thighs are really weak." Later she corrected me on my tailbone placement & made it known to me that she was using me as a demo because my form was the most incorrect out of everyone else's. Like ok??? I didn't sign up for this to be compared to other people in the class who different levels of experience. Shortly after, she makes a comment to the class saying "some of you have more cushion on your body so it's harder to locate the tailbone." I was shocked. I am a size 6-8, & have a curvier body type. It is NEVER okay in my book to comment on other people's body types, especially in a class like this. She finally stopped when I told her I felt singled out, but the damage was already done. For the rest of the class, she proceeded to make comments about how we "shouldn't feel embarrassed to make mistakes" and how she has "never felt shame" being corrected & was not a natural at Pilates herself. Regardless of her intention, these comments were extremely out of line and went beyond simple constructive corrections. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I have never felt so bad about myself in a fitness studios until now.

Cliquey, judgmental and non-meditative. I tried to talk to…read morethe owner, Noreen, about my experience with the studio but after leaving messages and sending feedback through the website, it's clear she does not care enough to respond so I will share my experience here in hopes that you will not have to deal with a studio that no longer cares about the spirit of yoga. I had one great class with a teacher that is not the owner, (which I did not get free as it states on their website. She felt uncomfortable giving it to me when the owner was not there). Because that teacher was so great, I bought a 10 class pass. My Mistake! The next class I attended was ok but the owner taught it and it was clear she had her favored group around her. It was not welcoming at all, more like a workout than a strenuous invigorating yoga centric experience and savasana consisted of her telling us "to take as long as you want" and she walked out of the room. The Monday night class taught by Noreen again was horrific. She walked in and announced to the class that she had vomiting and diarrhea for hours that morning but since there was no one else to teach the class, she showed up. We went straight into the asanas while she told us about her symptoms, told us that it is going around, talked about how miserable her friends are who had it and then walked around the room blowing her nose. Then the conversation, all during poses, turned to gossiping about a teacher who farted all the time, gassy students, a girl who made squeaking sounds, and a girl who made moaning sounds. Then the conversation turned into "bawling kids" about the Patriots game loss and how depressing that was. I felt then that I was at some book club of gossipy high school girls who happened to be doing yoga at the same time. Then she called attention to my metallic ankle bracelet and then announced to the class no less than 3 times it was a placebo, it was humiliating. Then she made the insulting insinuation that I was as naïve as a child by telling the class that she uses the placebo effect on her kids by giving them small pickles for headaches "because they will believe anything". She called me out as "new girl". She told me that one day I will be like the other women in the class. Again, insulting and embarrassing! I was being compared publicly to women who are 20 years younger than me who have a regular practice. I used to have a very strong practice and I know what I am doing. I am just less flexible but I'm fine with that. I honor my practice and my own pace while I make progress in my own time. There was no reverence, no meditative quality, no honoring of self, community or the joy of the practice. And the savasana was again, Noreen walking out the door and telling us to do what we want. I left. Go at your own risk. Just beware that this is not a practice center based on the core yoga fundamental principles.
