He went to his doctor and then to a radiologist for x-rays, and although no major fracture was visible, it's likely that he has a micro-fracture that is not easily detectable on x-rays. According to my husband, the male masseuse who was assigned to him seemed very inexperienced, and when my husband actually screamed in pain, the masseuse just left the room and didn't return. He has a high tolerance for pain and has broken bones before, but this pain has been persistent and has impacted his daily activities. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone and wish we had paid attention to the negative reviews beforehand.

A few notes for those of you expecting certain things with your foot massage: -There are no blackout curtains so you will be able to see into the parking lot, if that impacts your experience. -The employees speak to each other in regular level decibels while giving treatment - in other words, this is not a "quiet" place. -I paid for a one hour foot massage which started at 4:30PM. They finished at 5:24 with six minutes left on my clock. If you are expecting a full hour, you might not get it, just be aware. -I tipped 30% because my therapist was great with the pressure on her knuckles, and focused on my feet the whole time (as opposed to other places which will do 20 minutes on each leg/foot, 20 on your shoulders etc.) - The therapist was NOT happy with a 30% tip and made a face as if she was expecting more. I had no other cash on me, but the face she made was a bit off-putting. Still, I would go back based on the cleanliness, the quality of work, and the proximity to home. If you choose to go here, just be mindful of my feedback.

Can't beat it! I had to deduct a star for the ambiance. They have calming instrumentals playing in the background, but with the employees keeping their phones on loud and conversing so loudly, it takes away from the relaxing vibe you should experience when getting a massage. I also want to deduct a star for having cupping done for my first time and them not really educating me on the aftercare (I googled it afterwards and found out I should stay hydrated, avoid caffeine and alcohol, and avoid showering for 4-8 hours depending on the web source). Overall, I'd give them a 3.5 but I'll round up to 4. They allow tips to be added when paying with a credit card, so that's another plus!
