I pick up souvenirs, snacks, beverages, and Sanrio merch here. They don't have an ABC Store up in Seattle so I make sure I have space in my luggage and stock up on all the merch I want to bring back home. I like this store because it's conveniently centralized on The Strip in a very walkable area. It has a good selection of items that reminds me of Hawaii. Island vibes! Now, if you didn't pack for the heat and sun (LV summers are unforgiving) this store can accommodate your toiletry and travel needs. I usually spend about 30 minutes looking around. It's clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. It's usually packed on the weekends and the checkout lines are a bit long however, during the week there's more breathing room to browse. So while you're in town, wear sun protection and stay hydrated. Be safe and have fun!

Drinks in the cooler near the checkout were $1.19 for Dasani water and $1.29 for sodas! (We had paid $3.49 for sodas at the ABC store). Staff were friendly.

Then we walked to the back of a dark warehouse to find all sorts of machines, tools, household items, clothes, etc. Most things were thrown about or in boxes. There are no prices nor labels. Most looks like they were returns or overstock merchandise. There were some that were brand new with unopened packaging. There were others that were incomplete or broken. Some of the clothes looked used. We walked out empty-handed.

The Miracle Mile Shops are part of the Planet Hollywood property, and though this hotel/casino was…read moreconverted from the Aladdin to Planet Hollywood about 2 decades ago, the Miracle Mile Shops are one of the venues in this hotel/casino where you'll still find some Arabian-themed decor and throwbacks to the old Aladdin days. Miracle Mile Shops contains several specialty stores, bars, restaurants, souvenir and sundries shops and even a live performance area. Patrons enter on one side of Planet Hollywood and as they walk through this "mall", they move in a circular direction, as the shops wrap around the rear perimeter of PH's performing arts venue. They'll eventually exit on the other far side of the casino floor from where they'd initially entered the shops.

I've heard this referred to as a "locals place" and I don't know if that's true, but there are several restaurants here that regularly make the lists of "cheap eats" put out by local influencers. Like several other Vegas malls, the ceilings are painted for atmosphere and there are even two free shows - a rain show and the Lost City Show. They have the usual annoying cosmetic stores with the women literally chasing after you, proffering samples. It's like a Vegas plague. There are souvenir stores and ABC stores of course. But there are some unusual gems too. Dr. Fish is where you can go for the fish pedicure experience (get yourself a Groupon). There is a massage place. There are shows at the Theaters and a food court with some unique choices. The only downside is if you're planning to leave using a rideshare. If you are, there IS a designated Miracle Mile Shops rideshare area, but most drivers don't seem to acknowledge it, so they will inevitably go to Planet Hollywood and leave you standing outside in a garage area waiting. It's frustrating and it happens to us every time we go there. And every time, the drivers have insisted that the correct spot to pick up is Planet Hollywood. So plan ahead on that or maybe just give in exit through Planet Hollywood. Good way to end a pretty solid afternoon.

The only draw back is the location on The Strip which you'll have to pay prime price to park either in one of the nearest Strip hotels or public parking garages.
