I wanted to try the taco salad since I had good reviews from other people. It was not good especially at the priced I paid for it. Bagged lettuce, small amount of cheddar and grilled chicken. Given a pack of sour cream and taco sauce to add to salad. Cost almost $10 for it. Chicken was obviously cooked in microwave, no flavor barely warmed. Well we visited DQ this afternoon to get our med RootBeer float and our large chocolate dipped cone. Well here we go after we ordered the line moved well. However when we got to the window I received my float then the dipped cone, the cone looked like it was dipped to deep the top was all mashed flat and the chocolate was dripping down the cone it looked horrible. I asked the girl for another one because of the condition. She slammed the window with allot of mouth movement while making the replacement. After she returned it was a small one. We left very upset and drove into Tyler to get my wife the correct chocolate dipped cone. WOW DQ I am your biggest supporter on here I always defend our hometown Whitehouse DQ. With only 4 vehicles in front of me I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes which took the fun out of even going. The young man who gave me my Blizzard had good customer service skills! As a side note, I had 20 minutes to observe customers entering and exiting the indoor dining area. It's the second week in July, we have a pandemic and not one customer entered or exited with a mask. I pray your employees who were wearing masks by the way don't get infected. read more

Let's not fool ourselves the cheese is in spot heated up staying warm for people like me to order nachos. So why the heck did it take 37 mins. I would have drone off if it wasn't for my daughter who had a craving for cheap soggy nachos. I come here only if I have to. As it seems not only is staff horrible but service is always always extremely long no matter what u desire. Doors and walls look so dirty. Bathroom is shot mess. After a year, this location is still disappointing. Taco Tuesday taco shells are smaller than any other Dairy Queen I've been to. The girl at the window handed me my tacos then receipt and said "there you go". I said "your welcome" as she walked away. Not even a thank you. Nothing. Still the same. Management here does not seem to take pride in their franchise. This DQ was way better when the other owner had it. If you want good tacos on Tuesday, go to the DQ in Chandler if your out that way. Slow, Slow, Slow!!! The staff seemed like they didn't know what was going on. The person in front of me was overcharged and they couldn't figure out how to refund the over charge. The lady behind me had to pull up the menu on the DQ app to show them what the charge should be when they tried to overcharge her. I ordered a blizzard and it came out without being fully mixed. This is the worst play I have ever eaten, food is almost always soggy and bad. The ice cream is about the only thing worth eating. I used to order steak finger basket but the fries are always soggy the fingers are meh and the gravy is either old or cold. read more

Welcome to Dairy Queen where we can't hear your order in the drive through because the road is too loud. The speaker box is older than your mother, the parking lot looks like it got struck by an earthquake and if you pull out the wrong way your car bottoms out.
