The kids wanted to go here for Blizzards, and we did - and they loved it. We went a second time - they loved it. The drive thru was crowded, but staff kept it moving. DQ. An Abington icon for years. These days it employees a bunch of kids that lack the social skills needed to serve ice cream. A bunch of snot nosed kids with no sense of customer service of even a friendly smile.. Sort of like they are being punished by their helicopter parents and forced to work here. This DQ is horrible! Would have given them zero stars if Yelp gave me that choice. Rude employees and especially rude management. Blizzards are a waste of money. You can never find more than two pieces of toppings in it....ever! They don't take coupons from your email unless you print it out first and bring it. You can't show them it on your phone like every other store in America. They also don't take coupons from the DQ app like all the other DQs. Probably because they are not printable. Awful customer service and even worse Blizzards. We go to the other one in Weymouth and they are so much better. Paid the extra for the Royal Blizzards and didn't get any chunks of brownie /Reeses/cheesecake (had 1 of each kind for 4 people). I brought back to window to ask for them made the right way and the manager argued with me they were correct. My kids just had the Reeses Royal last week from Weymouth DQ and they were so much better and made with chicolate, not vanilla base which this lady told me I had to specify even though the description on sign says chocolate. They also left the blender cup extension on so there was ice cream all over outside of cup. Manager would rather argue with me than remake the right way. Blizzards were soupy and definitely not able to withstand their "upside down test" also. Never again! read more

Really? This place honestly sucked when I went yesterday. I got a Reece's Blizzard and it was almost more liquid and it was melted. They either need new equipment or better workers because I don't want to get another Ice Crème there ever again. What an embarrassment to the town of Abington. Probably the best DQ around. The service is extremely fast and accurate. The staff is friendly and the product is consistant.

This place is amazing. They have a very busy clientele and there are always people waiting. They seem to handle the pressure to serve well considering their are cars lining up on the streets. If you want a quick ice cream this is not the place to go. I usually spend ten to fifteen minutes considering the times I go to get an ice cream. read more

This store does not accept the Dairy Queen's corporate Blizzard Club's coupons. I feel cheated that I joined this club excited about the savings only to be totally let down by this store.
