I got a blizzard and a small dip. The dip was absolutely delicious with a fresh comb. The blizzard was also yummy. This is our favorite DQ location. read more

Batter falls completely off food. Asked for malt got only chocolate. Very sad. Paid for two cones and only got one

We are done with this place. We had been taking our two year old grandbaby to this place about once a week for maybe 4 to 5 times in the evening around 8:30 p.m. for ice cream cones. The last several times we went they had a worker mopping the floor with strong smelling chemicals while we were trying to enjoy the ice cream. It is so strong it makes your eyes water! Obviously this is very distasteful when trying to enjoy ice cream! I complained on our way out, only to recieve a "go jump in the lake" look as we were probably just percieved as complainers. It obviously did no good anyway, as the next and last time we were met with the same horrible stench from strong chemicals. I understand their desire to get the clean up work done before closing time, they need to wait until almost closing time or after to do this. It distroys the experience for the customer. Our family will now be trying Baskin Robbins instead and see how our experience is there. read more

I always like this DQ. They keep the tables clean and we love Taco Thursday! People are friendly. Yum!

Delicious food , the atmosphere is comfortable , the service team is very sweet I recommend anyone to this place if they lookin for good sandwiches , this place beats subway for me read more

Normally like dairy queen but this was terrible and I do mean terrible I couldn't eat my chicken basket. It was obvious the oil was old and dirty. Fries were saturated and limp and chicken fingers were almost black this was definitely not up to dairy queen standards. YUCK read more

They're awesome, they're consistent too! I love this Dairy Queen idk why the rating is low? Blows my mind

Great service. Friendly. Clean and well kept. Clean restrooms. Food is tasty, good value and nicely presented..

I asked the cashier if the non-dairy giddy bar was gluten-free. (I have a Allergy to wheat, barley and rye.) She said I just don't know and she would not go check. Very very rude. She looked like it would bother her to go check. They we're cleaning as I came in. The ambience was old inside. My friend said his blizzard was just OK read more

Yelp requires me to leave at least one star to write a review, if I could put negative stars I would have chose the furthest from basic human common sense to really reflect how I feel about this particular location. Not only did I have to return back to the store THREE different times because apparently adding cheese to a CHEESEburger is a foreign concept. The final time I was given just cheese slices in a bag for me to add myself! When I wanted just a refund because at this point I didn't trust putting anything they serve in my body I had to return the following day! Furthermore, the staff, specifically the cook that worked on 2/15 who hates the evening/closing shift apparently thinks he can make hand gestures and will go unnoticed. Trust me when I say, if you hate your job, leave. There is no need to get upset and CONTINUE to make an incorrect order more than once! The only one that looks incompetent is you. The entire experience that should have been seamless has caused me 24 hours of unnecessary travel. Do better DQ. DQ now stands for "disqualified" read more

Super clean Fast service Very polite staff Thank you Jessica (manager)for honoring my coupon read more

Went to get food before work, ordered my usual burger; to my surprise the order was 100% incorrect, including everything I asked to be removed from the burger. The fries were not in the bag, but worst of all, once I removed the excess toppings from the burger, I found HAIR stuck to the buns and meat. Disgusting, and a waste of my money. Ontop of this, the server on the drive thru speaker sounded like he was on some form of drugs, repeatedly asking me the same questions over and over, then just ignoring my answers I will not be returning to this location again. This is not the first time I have had an incorrect order (at this location) due to staff complacency; but this is the first time I have been revolted by the complete lack of hygiene in the preparation of my order. Do NOT go to this DQ location! read more

One of my guilty pleasures is an occasional Texas T 3 pack of tacos with a vanilla shake. This is the location that is the closet to me and every time I have been here my order comes correct and everything tastes good. During the summer the drive-thru line can be long but they do a good job of getting everyone taken care of quickly. I have eaten inside here a few times and the lobby is always clean and the staff are friendly. read more

What's not to love about Dairy Queen, love to go some evenings for a yummy snack and then a awesome ice cream to go. Just a fun place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the day, week or just because day. Complete comfort. read more

This is the SLOWEST Dairy Queen I have ever visited. I waited until my second visit to write a review and it was just as bad the second visit. All we ever order is ice cream - how do I spend 15 minutes in a drive thru for ice cream at an ice cream shop?! read more

I would not recommend this dairy queen. I went through drive-through, ordered a small blizzard and a regular cone. When I got to the window to pay, the blizzard was so liquefied that if you turn it upside down like they normally do, it would've fell right out. When I told the person working the window, it was too runny he told me he would redo it, but it would take a while I said that's fine, a young girl gave me the order. All they did was put it in another cup. If I want to chocolate milk I would have stopped at a convenience store. I definitely one traveling will not stop at this Dairy Queen again. read more

We went through The drive-through tonight and ordered our usual. Peanut butter bash was the first order. The girl taking the order stated that they don't have a peanut butter bash. I replied yes, you do, we always order the peanut butter bash. She got argumentative with me and said we have never had a peanut butter bash. So, I told her perhaps it was important for her to know the product for which she is selling. Basically we were refused service. Wow. Worst DQ ever! We ended up leaving without being served. Horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible DQ. Shame on management. I've added a picture of the DQ peanut butter bash that I retrieved from the DQ website, for educational purposes. read more

DQ Is So Good Like The Food Is Yummy There Service Is Okay And The Ice Cream Is Good But Everything Else Is Yummy

We can see why the stats are that 70% of the whole job market will be gone due to robotics and AI. No one wants to work with integrity anymore; customer service and care is out the door. We waited 30 minutes to receive a burger!! People who were there before us was also waiting that long; they served four customers after us .. this staff must hate that they have an opportunity to provide for their family by having employment with this company . And people wonder why 700k jobs will be lost first quarter of 2023, you are expendable when you work like trash. Need more regional managers to get off their @$$ and trains their stores.. need more store audits to check on the way employees are caring for the brand. I love DQ, but this one has the most disgraceful staff ever but that also comes from leadership. When the manager is pissed at being at work, all the employees will hate being there too ! Again, this is why they want robotics to take over positions like this; save the brand owner money and profits while letting these people be happy with self destructive personalities. Guess the one star can come from the fact, that at least this DQ didn't smell like a moldy towel. read more

Doesn't give employees masks or gloves and no social distancing. I know some Dairy Queen's do provide them, but this one has no concern for the health of its employees or customers. I will never return. read more

I just left this place which none of that shift wanted to help me with my order because I don't know how to communicate well with English and they even laughed at me in my face, that's not right, hopefully and the manager of the place sees my comment to see if it teaches them to have education, use Google translator to write this message read more

I do not care for the artificial grill flavor this DQ uses. I've never had a DQ hunger buster taste this way. Reminded me of Burger King and I really detest BK for this very reason. Tacos tasted "different". Not bad, just less seasoned. Service was as quick and friendly. Didn't get the ketchup I'd asked for. I wish DQs were more consistent. read more

if you ask me to pull forward and wait. I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes then have my food and ice cream brought out, still missing items, having to wait 10 more minutes for missing items while food gets cold and ice cream starts melting, only to get home and order STILL be wrong. this place used to be great but lately the service has been horrible. read more

Terrible place. every time i come here, the employees are so incredibly rude and impatient for no reason. just came through and was treated with so much disrespect from a girl with long brown hair, glasses, and long acrylic nails. maybe early 20's or late teens. she was horribly rude, got our order wrong and then gave us the wrong order anyways even after telling her it was wrong, and then slammed the window in my face. you shouldn't have to be so disrespected just to get an ice cream cone. it's not worth it. don't ever come here. read more

The last few times we've come here, our food has been either made wrong or they give us 5 french fries with a medium sized order. Tonight we came and ordered our burgers specific to how we like it. The receipt even notated how we requested to have our burgers fixed. After waiting 15 minutes for our food, it came out WRONG! When I took the receipt to the counter, I had to wait for someone to help me because everyone was in the back. Luckily a nice girl who was on her lunch break got up from her food and came to the counter to help me. A few minutes later, the guy who took our order came to our table and asked what was wrong. We told him everything and pointed out what we told him and what was on the receipt. He acknowledged the sandwiches were really messed up and he said he'd fix them for us himself. After waiting another 10 minutes, our food finally came out. By this time, I'd almost lost my appetite and was contemplating asking for a refund and go home but since we had our toddler there with us, I decided to stay so he could eat. I'm just so over this location. The turnover rate in employees is so high that as soon as they train someone how to read the screen and fix the food the right way, they end up quitting. None of the faces I saw tonight have been there more than a month. I'll bypass this location and go to the one on Landa St. I'd advise everyone else do the same unless you just come here for the ice cream. read more

Dairy Queen - I'm tired of spending almost $10 on a meal and only getting 10 fries. This is getting out of hand! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - New Braunfels, Texas

I have come here twice over the last month. The first time there were 7 cars in the drive through so I decided to go inside. I was the 3rd person in line in the store but there was No One at the counter taking orders. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the counter to take orders. I finally just left. The second time I went at 9 o'clock on a Monday. Not exactly prime time. 8 cars in the drive through. It has taken 25 min for me to get my Blizzard. I don't know if they are understaffed or what, but I can go to a Chick Fil A or Whataburger that is just as busy and get in and out in 10 min or less. At the end of the day it isn't worth waiting this long...even for a delicious blizzard. read more

The worst place to get food. I went to get a pecan pie blizzard and they are out all the time

Employees standing around looking at cell phones did not even know I was in the store for 3 to 5 minuets..

Good food, rude ass employees. Girl talking through the mic at the ordering booth was patient and polite, Girl at drive thru window was quite the opposite. If I could rate this a Zero, I WOULD!! I went through the drive thru due to the fact that was the only option. I ordered 3 Blizzards and requested them to be put in a drink holder. Well, I got the blizzards, but guess what?? NO LIDS ON THEM!!!!! They were melting and dripping all on my car seat. Do they not know about COVID-19???? I don't care if they were wearing masks or not. Manager could learn from staff on how to treat customers. Horrible experience but had a delightful drive thru staff member. When we instantly realized our order had been messed up they offered to fix it. After they brought us the correct order we didn't realize until we got home that the order was burnt. I called and spoke to the manager and she offered an order of onion rings for the trouble. That's it and on her shift only. Needless to say she can keep her order of onion rings and we will not be revisiting her store again!!!!!!!! read more
