Not only did I have to return back to the store THREE different times because apparently adding cheese to a CHEESEburger is a foreign concept. The final time I was given just cheese slices in a bag for me to add myself! When I wanted just a refund because at this point I didn't trust putting anything they serve in my body I had to return the following day! Furthermore, the staff, specifically the cook that worked on 2/15 who hates the evening/closing shift apparently thinks he can make hand gestures and will go unnoticed. One of my guilty pleasures is an occasional Texas T 3 pack of tacos with a vanilla shake. This is the location that is the closet to me and every time I have been here my order comes correct and everything tastes good. During the summer the drive-thru line can be long but they do a good job of getting everyone taken care of quickly. I would not recommend this dairy queen. I went through drive-through, ordered a small blizzard and a regular cone. When I got to the window to pay, the blizzard was so liquefied that if you turn it upside down like they normally do, it would've fell right out. When I told the person working the window, it was too runny he told me he would redo it, but it would take a while I said that's fine, a young girl gave me the order. We can see why the stats are that 70% of the whole job market will be gone due to robotics and AI. No one wants to work with integrity anymore; customer service and care is out the door. We waited 30 minutes to receive a burger!! People who were there before us was also waiting that long; they served four customers after us .. this staff must hate that they have an opportunity to provide for their family by having employment with this company . And people wonder why 700k jobs will be lost first quarter of 2023, you are expendable when you work like trash. Need more regional managers to get off their @$$ and trains their stores.. need more store audits to check on the way employees are caring for the brand. I love DQ, but this one has the most disgraceful staff ever but that also comes from leadership. When the manager is pissed at being at work, all the employees will hate being there too ! We went through The drive-through tonight and ordered our usual. Peanut butter bash was the first order. The girl taking the order stated that they don't have a peanut butter bash. I replied yes, you do, we always order the peanut butter bash. She got argumentative with me and said we have never had a peanut butter bash. The last few times we've come here, our food has been either made wrong or they give us 5 french fries with a medium sized order. Tonight we came and ordered our burgers specific to how we like it. The receipt even notated how we requested to have our burgers fixed. After waiting 15 minutes for our food, it came out WRONG! When I took the receipt to the counter, I had to wait for someone to help me because everyone was in the back. Luckily a nice girl who was on her lunch break got up from her food and came to the counter to help me. A few minutes later, the guy who took our order came to our table and asked what was wrong. We told him everything and pointed out what we told him and what was on the receipt. He acknowledged the sandwiches were really messed up and he said he'd fix them for us himself. After waiting another 10 minutes, our food finally came out. By this time, I'd almost lost my appetite and was contemplating asking for a refund and go home but since we had our toddler there with us, I decided to stay so he could eat. I'm just so over this location. The turnover rate in employees is so high that as soon as they train someone how to read the screen and fix the food the right way, they end up quitting. None of the faces I saw tonight have been there more than a month. I'll bypass this location and go to the one on Landa St. I'd advise everyone else do the same unless you just come here for the ice cream. read more

I was the 3rd person in line in the store but there was No One at the counter taking orders. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the counter to take orders. I finally just left. The second time I went at 9 o'clock on a Monday. Not exactly prime time. 8 cars in the drive through. It has taken 25 min for me to get my Blizzard. I don't know if they are understaffed or what, but I can go to a Chick Fil A or Whataburger that is just as busy and get in and out in 10 min or less. At the end of the day it isn't worth waiting this long...even for a delicious blizzard. read more

When we instantly realized our order had been messed up they offered to fix it. After they brought us the correct order we didn't realize until we got home that the order was burnt.
